Omg I love your videos so nice to see someone so strong and stacked but yet so chill. Girl I love your soft spoken presentation. Please do more workout splits. I only have a squat rack, dumbbells, bar, plates and bands. I have a bench but it is just a cheap one from Amazon I think. I use monkey feet but I don’t feel it in my quads barely at all.

New subbie, love your videos, I agree with one of the comments you are so authentic and humble. You didnt say reps for all the exercises, are all 4x12 or? My advice would be that you write names of exercises and reps with the exact video of doing the exercise, because it is a bit mixed up this way. Also, maybe if you could write all exercises and reps in the description. Love from Croatia :)

It’s a BEGINNER split, it’s on the title.
She said that she used to do 3x week legs, but found that doing 2 with intensity and more days rest gives her more growth.
A beginner should do 3x until they can increase their strength enough to do 2 intense days.
doing 2 days of leg workouts with intensity and resistance helps build glutes.3 days is truly unnecessary when you can use that 3rd day for cardio and abs or something other than glutes. personally i started doing 3 glute/leg days a week and after a year of that i went down to 2 days a week and see more progress faster
