Hello :) just wanna say that in our country we make little bit similiar recepi. You make Bouchées, but between them there is cocoa buttercream . But! XD after that you make sugar syrup (113°C), dip Bouchée balls into it, cover whole ball with chopped peanuts and after it's cooled, you cover it in chocolate. Just if you'd like something new (if you don't know this dessert - it's called Pražské koule in czech) Also thanks for recepi :) You have one of the best channels on YT
