this sounds AAAAmazing, and i have always enjoyed listening to PMJ's great works on rearranging songs. Buuut, why do some of the comments have to compliment this version and bring down Justin Bieber (yes its not beiber)? Why can't we all appreciate musicians' works? If you only promote what you like, then do not promote negativity towards other artists :)

I used to be one of those snobs, and I didn’t think I could ever listen to the originals again. Once I actually did, I was surprised that I actually appreciated them so much more than I used to before discovering PMJ. Just goes to show how talented Scott is at discovering the musical beauty that already exists in these pop songs, and bringing it to life in a new way

One of those guys? He's got a good voice, but much of his stuff is over produced.
I doubt he's doing it for the music anymore. It's more for the lifestyle and the paycheck. It doesn't even feel like he's enjoying it.
Regardless of the assumption you make, he lends a forum to otherwise unfamiliar names who get a chance to show the goods and make some pretty damn cool music, overproduced, underproduced, wtf ever. I imagine picking him apart to the nth degree satisfies you somehow, why, who cares, he does his thing and a shit ton of folks are happier for it... I am, I make a point not to overanalyze this. Like it or don't, why the poo poo but to pick apart his motives and drive when they continue to make outstanding music is silly and begs the question "why?" I'm not looking to chat about this, like yourself, I too have an opinion but mine is meant to be positive about PMJ and not one to rip these talented folks up. We needn't discuss this further. You've had your say as have I, now let's be done and let these folks get back to playing music and offering smiles...
Robert Dizon as I read the previous comment, it seems (to me) that it was Bieber that they were describing as "in it for the paycheque" etc. They were not slagging off PMJ.

They have decent underlying musical structures, because of course there are people behind Justin Bieber etc who are real musicians, but they disguise them with a crappy format so that they appeal to their target group, which is teenagers.
Damn even PMJ can't make this into a good song. Not the musicians fault; the text is just *so bad*.

Definitely one of my favourite songs by PMJ. Shoshana Bean has an amazing voice on lead vocals, Luke Edgemon and Mario Jose are fantastic on back up vocals and the rest of the band are as always amazing to listen to. More with this set up please!!

I think Justin Bieber is better now than he was before. Whatever album this came from is the proof to me. That said? I did not give a care about this song or said album until this kept playing in the tour promos. Now I can't stop singing and snapping. Postmodern Jukebox is the musical equivalent of Snapple being like: "'We 're using better stuff.' 'What? I thought we were already using the best stuff.' 'We found better stuff.'"

How would you know if they broke up or not? Even if they did, they would never say anything about their personal lives on the internet because it's none of our concern.
Whatever personal business or life decisions are made by themselves. They don't throw out it out to the world for everyone to know. It's ridiculous assumptions to make with no evidence to back up with.

Always love listening to PostmodernJukebox and this cover especially is one of the best I've ever heard. Shoshana nails the vocals, the background singers are spot on and the band are absolutely fantastic. Well done to everyone involved!
One other point to make; if anyone here ever gets the chance, watch PostmodernJukebox live. If you think they sound fantastic here you have no idea how amazing they are live. It completely blew away all my expectations and I hope I get the chance to see them again this year.
