Solo levelling was mainly carried by the art and the satisfying moments
As a manhwa reader, I can say the story will get more interesting especially when we find out what the system is and its purpose also hopefully they fix the latter half of the story to give it justice (the pacing was terrible at the end)

every power fantasy i’ve seen has been nothing but cheap fun in which the character is immediately overpowered and faces no challenges. i watched solo leveling, then read the manwha, but the power comes gradually and you see him gain it and fight actually powerful monsters.
Yeah maybe this works in webtoon better or maybe at some point later it will get better, for now I find it far worse than other top japanese isekais
honestly, the world is SUPER MEH in solo leveling, like the premise is sooooooooooo damn boring in the manhwa and anime
the quality in the anime is actually a lot worse as you get along the episodes, episode 4 vs episode 6 7 8 9 is just bad,
the characters are SO EMPTY, in the manhwa the only growth is when the story actually ends, meanwhile in the actual arcs

The healer girl stays weak, frail, nothing like a B rank should be, would be fine if she grew or had ANY development
