Well I think Gojo was quite good in that way since Megumi's father told Gojo to do whatever he wanted with Megumi but of all possibilities he decided to help him and his sister.
Gojo definitely got attached to them in a fatherly way, especially Megumi, in the manga there is even a panel of Gojo remembering baby Megumi (meeting him) and then staring at Megumi (grown up) and Megumi says "why are you smiling about?" and Gojo says "Oh, nothing" with a little heart on the quote, basically admiring Megumi and how far he has come from when he was little to his recent self🥺🥺🥺
@@xourlovingbeautifulsoulx8165 That's true, when I saw that panel of the manga it made me very sweet to see how Gojo spoke to Megumi and a small heart appeared. And I think their relationship is much deeper than most believe, and they have known each other for 9 years and basically Gojo saw Megumi grow up and Megumi has also seen how Gojo has become an adult and that makes both of them know each other better than nobody else. And I think Gojo was more than a teacher to Megumi because Gojo did a lot for him by helping him and his sister, helping them financially, teaching Megumi, advising him,etc.

hmm, maybe i'm misinterpreting this, but is the trump card that gojo mentions at 2:21 referring to the mahoraga shikigami? as in, megumi knows that no matter what happens or how bad a fight gets, he can call forth the mahoraga even though it'll likely mean he has to sacrifice himself, similarly to what he did during the shibuya incident?

@@9camaru9 but i think he kinda sorta did!! in ep 23 (i can’t remember what manga chapter) when he was fighting the curse by himself, he almost summoned mahoraga bc he didn’t know what else to do but then he remembered what gojo said!! and he was like “screw it” and managed to create his domain instead so sort of he learned haha, but yeah i think in the case of the shibuya incident tried the shadow garden but it flopped LOL and he was like nah i’m rlly fucked lemme call mahoraga
