My 1 gripe about Revenge of the Sith? I'm more than a little disappointed that mace vs Palpatine was relegated to a cutscene, rather than being a boss fight.
@@nightcreeper3839 that one was more epic than I had thought they would make it, plus having the ever loyal Captain Typho besides Yoda, felt really good.
What about the battle over coruscant or the fact that 3PO and R2 got shoehorned into the final battle? Or at least Palpatine vs yoda being its own mission instead of being a part of the high ground to either swap between or player 2 to play through?
My only gripe about this game is there not being a battle of coruscant level. I feel like it would've been the most visual appealing, and given the open world aspect you could travel across the battle rather than the older games where you were on a fixed path. I'd rather have that level than the count dooku level in episode 3 imo.
I love this game but my biggest gripe with it is that it really needed 6 levels per episode. Every episode felt like it was missing something like. Ep 1 we could have had a mission with padme and panaka making their way to the throne room Ep 2 battle of geonosis Ep 3 battle over coruscant or mace v palpatine Ep 4 jundland wastes mission Ep 5 dagobah level Ep 6 attack on Death Star 2 Ep 7 takodana level Ep 8 Crait ground assault level Ep 9 ship battle of exagol
I was really disappointed with episode 3 and it’s probably my least favourite to play even though it’s my favourite movie. I feel like with 4/5 of the levels being boss fights which take up most of the levels they’re in it feels very repetitive. I guess I just prefer the older style of levels
They should definitely have had more levels for episode 3, and they should have been lengthier as well. If they added battle of coruscant and a battle against palpatine as mace windu. Also It would help if they actually had made the bosses more different from each other, so it doesn’t become that repetitive.
I'm conflicted because on one hand I really prefer the shorter levels because I've hated how previous modern LEGO games have had ridiculously long levels. On the other hand, many of them feel more like minigames than actual levels.
First list I’ve seen that was actually very similar to mine, personally I’d put TFA at the bottom and move A New Hope to number 1 that episode really deserves props for it’s level design
My main complaint about episode 2 is that there's no battle of geonosis in there! Like come on bruh it's on the box art and everything but all we get is the Jedi battle and the count Dooku fight! Which is still good but man I was waiting to see how they would do it in this game!

for me The Empire Strikes Back was the best, planets are amazing, well rythmed, Vader boss fight was epic and there was a really cool diversity in the missions
Personally I would put AOTC and ROTS and ANH a little lower. AOTC didn’t really have a lot of great level design, ROTS boss fights are cool but playing the whole episode kind of diminished the effect, and ANH, despite being my favorite star wars movie, has the disappointing trench run and one of the worst levels at docking bay 94. Maybe it’s recency bias because I recently finished the game but I think Return of the Jedi was maybe my favorite, even though I’m not as high on that film, and I actually really enjoyed the sequels
I feel like the boss fights in episode 3 really let it down. Since 4/5 levels are boss fights and any lighstaber boss fight is just an exercise in button mashing for the most part. They all feel the same.
Yeah. Idk why, but TROS was my favourite episode in this game. 1. The final battle was really fun to fight. 2. The first level is amazing, it's really easy to farm for studs.
Return of the jedi was my favorite just because in the final fight againts vader, if you have two players the second player will play as vader, so basically you're fighting your own friend
I played through all nine episodes in the machete order. Although some were better than others I enjoyed playing all nine. It was quite the rollercoaster plus the I love how the TT Games actually acknowledged the flaws in all of them. Made me realize not to take Star Wars too seriously but I understand there are some who put their perception of it on a religious level pedestal. So I guess what I’m trying to say is yes the game or the movies aren’t perfect but at least there is something for everybody to enjoy in this game and that’s still a big win. Can’t wait to see what TT Games does next! Hoping for the Infinity Saga of the MCU. Or perhaps do Doctor Who. That would be “FANTASTIC”.

Here’s my ranking: 9. The Phantom Menace (Controversial maybe but in my opinion this episode was too much open world and not enough levels. The levels it does have are decent to amazing like Better Call Maul, but something I find weird with this game is that it refuses to combine level types, so instead of having the first Maul fight as part of the Podrace level they make it a cutscene, and also that you don’t get to go through Theed Palace with Padme and her group which would’ve been an amazing environment to explore since it’s kinda small in the open world just made it a little disappointing) 8. The Force Awakens (I enjoyed this episode but I think the 5 level limit severely hindered it, I mean they skip the Battle of Takodana basically which was very disappointing. But the levels it does have are great and specifically First Order of Business had so many different routes to go through that it was very fun) 7. Attack of the Clones (This episode might be placed low but it’s still amazing. After the slight disappointment that was Episode 1 this one made me love the game. The chase was so much better than the complete saga, and it improved on almost every level in that game except one. Like with Episode 1 it’s odd that they didn’t combine both Jango fights into one level since they happen back to back but at least it isn’t a cutscene) 6. The Last Jedi (The first of the brand new episodes was shockingly fun. I really don’t like the movie but the level design here was fantastic. The opening flying level was a blast, the prison level that had a bunch of different options was fun, and No Snoke Without Fire was absolutely incredible and one of the best in the game.) 5. The Rise of Skywalker (While the first 2 levels aren’t great although I did enjoy the first one, the last 3 are fantastic. I think they went so hard on the Kijimi level since they had to cut the open world for it so that one was great, the Death Star Kylo boss was so fun and immersive kinda, and the final level had both the amazing fight with the Knights of Ren and the fun journey on a star destroyer so it was a blast) 4. A New Hope (Classic lego gameplay. Boarding Party was great and nostalgic, the Mos Eisley level was unique, and the Death Star levels were really good. The Trench Run is so much better than TCS and it also helped me farm for studs so that’s also nice) 3. Revenge of the Sith (As incredible as this episode is there is a little bit of a lack of variety. The bosses are amazing but sometimes you just want to do the opening flying scene in gameplay instead of a cutscene, and not even making the Palpatine fight an open world boss was disappointing, as well as not having a super unique Order 66 level that would be Lone Wolf from Reach, although I really enjoyed the Kashyyk level. Other than those small things, Senate Showdown and The High Ground absolutely did not disappoint and felt like the culmination of the trilogy.) 2. Return of the Jedi (Except for one and a half levels, this might have the best design in the game. Going through Jabba’s Palace was a ton of fun, the Barge level was cool, and the Battle of Endor was obviously fantastic, however the Speeder level really could’ve been better, since there wasn’t really any chasing it was just shooting at speeders and there were moments where there weren’t any enemies for like 20 seconds. And as amazing as the last level is, not even making the escape part of the space battle in the level was really annoying, still an amazing boss though) 1. The Empire Strikes Back (The biggest improvement overall from TCS in my opinion. Hoth and Cold is so unique and interesting to go through, Assault on Echo Base felt just like the movie, Never Tell Me The Odds is in my opinion the best ship level in the game, Hibernation Station was so much fun making your way through Bespin, and Revelations might be my favorite in the game, bravo TT Games.)
Honestly, the prequels are my bottom three. Once I got through those three, the episodes finally seemed enjoyable. TPM and AOTC were super slow with extremely short levels. ROTS, even though I love the movie, having 4/5 of the levels being boss battles was super repetitive so that once the Anakin vs. Obi-Wan fight came I was tired of playing boss battles so it ruined the fight as a whole with that. Otherwise, the other six episodes afterwards were all much more enjoyable and didn't feel like a slog to get through... even the sequels were extremely fun to play through.
Personally I liked the last Jedi a lot. I think every level except for ground a-salt was really fun, and I feel like I enjoyed it more than episode 2,7,9 and 4
Revenge of the sith low key the 3rd worst to play through. It’s just ONLY boss battles and it’s super boring. That’s even on single player, with co-op it’s MUCH worse
This is pretty how much I rank the actual movies, which I liked a lot. Rise Of The Senate at the top, original trilogy and attack of the clones below that, phantom menace and the force awakens below them, last jedi below them and rise of Skywalker at the bottom
Agreed with the Sequel Trilogy episodes. I took my time with every episode from 1 to 6 (took me just over a week) while I just blitzed my way through the Sequels. Finished all of them in one day lol.

I kinda played with this in my head, where you played Mace, paired with one of the other 3 masters, in different segments each ending with the death of one of the masters, with another taking over in the next. This is the primary scene I would have loved to se expanded, when we don't think about canon or the movies.
My main 3 wishes for levels would have to have been battle over coruscant, endor space battle around the death star 2 and also a battle of exogol one but flying and destroying the star destroyers
Eh.. imo It isn't. The star destroyer section is fine but the rey/ben part of the level is just not that good. All it is is a boss fight where you can't switch characters in free play, and don't have any actual level to explore, and then a "boss fight" against sheev that's literally just pressing a button. Compared to the final boss of the complete saga, it's really disappointing. The TCS one was a huge throne room level with the boss jumping around the entire area with 20 hearts. TSS final fight is pressing 1 button a few times.

Honestly my only complaint with this game is in A New Hope I was really hoping for a Obi Wan vs Vader boss fight and I got really excited when I saw you got to play as Obi Wan right before the fight but then when Obi Wan and Vader finally meet you switch to Luke, Han, and Leia and I was extremely disappointed. I understand that they probably wanted to save the Vader boss fight for Empire Strikes Back but I think what they should have done was remove the Vader fight on Deguba made that a cutscene and then make Obi Wan vs Vader a real boss fight
I like the anakin vs obi wan fight in both the game and the movie. The one problem is that the fight kept on switching back to c3po and r2-d2. It kind of ruined the moment at times
To be honest I liked the sequels more in this game than the prequels because of the level design. The level design in the prequels is pretty boring sometimes. Especially the first and second star wars episode. And of course the origilan trilogy is my favorite.
Cracking Bananas: "This is not going to be based on the movies" Also Cracking Bananas putting TROS at last place: "This could be me really hating TROS" I played the game from episode 1 to episode 9 and I must say that TROS was my favorite part of the game, especially the last mission. I even did laugh when fighting sith troopers they started to say things like "Space battles are so cool! I hope this isn't our only one" or when Rey literally called Kylo a nerd in the death star mission.
My ranking I love all the levels but some were disappointing 9. Phantom menace I was rather disappointed with this there’s alwYs a bigger fish felt boring to me and the Anakin starship level alongside the gungan fight while I enjoyed them felt slightly underwhelming. The Darth maul fight and podrace were fun though 8. Force awakens- I’m a fan of the force awakens game however some levels especially the phasma boss fight were disappointing 7. New hope- while I enjoy a new hope I feel like the 2nd level in particular is lackluster 6. Last Jedi I was surprised how much I enjoyed last Jedi the prison break was a bit meh and I despise the Luke vs kylo boss fight but smoke’s throneroom and phasma fight we’re fun 5. Return of the Jedi- I enjoyed the first 2 and the emperor fight however the speeder chase and thf forest weren’t great 4. Rise of skywalker- again surprised me with how good it was skip and a jump is my level I go to to get studs and the last 3 are all greatly done 3. Empire strikes back- rather fun the Luke vs Vader boss fight was fun as was escaping both bwapin and hoth. 2. Attack of the clones- I do enjoy the film I’m general but I still think the boss fights weee extremely well done. 1. Revenge of the sith- despite a few missing things like mace vs palpatine all the levels are great to go back on and play
Attack of the Clones was the best episode to me, I know I’m in the minority but that last fight with Dooku in the cave with the lightsabers glowing was 🔥🔥🔥 definately the best duel in the entire game.
I was really excited for this game to come out and I played it a lot. However, I feel like where there's a lot of good, there's a lot of disappointing elements. The boss fights are all the same thing. No new move sets for each boss. It's all just dodge, slash slash, dodge. Obi-Wan and Yoda vs Count Dooku and Luke Skywalker vs Kylo Ren were the more different ones, but overall it's all the same. And, idk, I feel like there was a lot of charm missing and the level designs weren't as enjoyable. The Battle of Geonosis and Anakin vs Kenobi fell flat for me. In the old games, The Battle of Geonosis was a huge battle with hordes of droids attacking you and the companions you were trying to free from the pillars. Anakin vs Kenobi allowed you and your companion to go through the level and help each other out go through the level and then you fight your co-op partner in the end. In TSS, One person is fighting Anakin and the other is stuck being 3P0 and R2 the whole match and it really takes away from the climax. Each episode just felt like a copy and paste from the previous episodes with a different skin and few new things separating them. The humor was good, but not great imo. Order 67 was the best tho. It could just be me where I have a huge soft spot for the old games, but I gotta give this game a 6.8/10 for me.
Revenge of the Sith is a very low one for me. A very big boss rush & the final mission is super buggy. Many people can't play the Final one, me included.

A New Hope (Episode IV) Honestly, I feel like every episode was lacking some levels, they should've made EVERY major scene in the whole saga ALL levels instead of just making some of them cutscenes only, ugh. A New Hope is the ONLY perfect episode for me.
I think that I hate Attack of the Clones’ movie…but I adored the episode. My favorite so far in the game. The anvil joke with the bugs was one of my favorite gags of all the Lego games….I’m a simple man, anvils will never stop being funny
I’m really not enjoying the missions in this game to be honest. Episode one was super bland and I’m halfway through episode two. The zam wessel chase was one of the worst levels in any game I’ve ever played. The missions are also really short and lots of stuff is cut out for cutscenes. No battle of courascant? Why?
I was actually disappointed of episode 1. It got like 3 vehicule missions and 2 super short ones. Episode 2 and 9 kinda suffered the same treatment, but not as bad as ep 1. Ep 3 is next because it has 3 boss battles out of 5 levels. It was just too much for me. Next is ep 6. Except for the hunt boba fett mission, I really enjoyed it. Episode 7 and 8 were really good. Episode 4 and 5 are the best imo
Bro come on opinions on the movies aside you gotta admit that the sequels are pretty fun to playthrough! Like come on you can't not tell me that you weren't hyped to do some of the boss fights. Like the Kylo Ren boss on episode 7 and the Snoke guards boss fight on episode 8!
My whole experience of episode 1 was ruined. It kept crashing on the first part of the maul fight when you were in blade lock. I REALLY wanted to play so through my anger. I pirated the game. I mean i already payed for it right? When a patch was released I copied my save over and deleted the pirated copy. But my entire experience was ruined just from that.
I really liked the prequels and the OG trilogy, but something about the sequel trilogy legit made me stop playing for a while. It probably has something to do with the fact that I didn’t really like any of the movies (although I did enjoy rise of skywalker a couple times) so by extension, I didn’t like the sequel trilogy in the game.
I made the conscious decision to play the Sequel Trilogy first, just to get it done. Only really laughed at some of Palpatine falling apart in Rise of Skywalker and nearly all the Kylo Shirtless scenes, but other than that, not even Lego could make the lines taken directly from the movie work.

I feel like this is just a normal star wars film ratings but with the game. But this is coming from someone who is experiencing a lego game for the first time so I don't have any nostalgia and I feel the sequels are better if you haven't played the earlier lego games since you don't have that since of nostalgia.

I feel like some episodes would benefit a lot from not having that 5 level per episode restriction. I found some of the episodes to be a little underwhelming because the levels were too short, specially Episode 1
My 1 gripe with RoTS is actually something to do with free play. You CAN'T complete the mission in free play, as you only have 2 character slots. When you need to push the buttons, you only have 1 character to work with, therefore it becomes impossible.
Sooooo much missing content in this "complete saga" -Revenge of the sith space battle -ANY Clone battle aka Gunship level -Battle of Crait -Episode 9 space battle Not to mention character creator.
Dude, episode 6 was so boring until the final level. I didn't like it here, and I didn't like it either in the complete saga. It's the only episode in this game that bore me to death.

My own personal ranking goes like this. 9: Phantom Menace (too many vehicle levels) 8: Rise of Skywalker (felt rushed, two of the levels are short vehicle levels and the only really good missions were the Kijimi level and the final level) 7: The Last Jedi (boring and the final boss fight was just a quick time event) 6: The Clone Wars (40% of the movie is vehicle levels and I hate the droid factory level) 5: Force Awakens (good but some parts just felt like the Force Awakens game from 2016) 4: A New Hope (great movie just wish you got to play a boss fight against Ben Kenobi and Darth Vader) 3: Return of the Jedi (great movie, love all the levels but just love two other movies more) 2: Empire Strikes Back (the first level on Hoth is so good and the boss fight against Vader is amazing) 1: Revenge of the Sith (no vehicle levels, heaps of boss fights. My favorite episode from the complete saga and my favorite episode in the Skywalker saga.
Honestly there should have been 6 Missions per episode. Episode I - A fully fleshed out Trade Federation mission at the start. Episode II - Battle of Geonosis. Episode III - Mace Windu v Palpatine. Episode IV - C-3PO and R2D2 in the Desert Wastes. Episode V - Gilly fleshed out Degobah level. Episode VI (the one I'm most annoyed with) - The destruction of the 2nd Death Star. I haven't played the Sequels yet, as I just finished Episode VI, so I can't say anything about them. All I can say is I hope there's ground assault mission on Crait (the salt planet).

For context: I'm playing episode 5 right now and I started from ep 1. I was really disappointed by the prequels. Episode 3 is my favourite movie and seeing that the level that should have been Anakin Vs Obi Wan has some unnecessary parts as R2 and 3P0 that are slow and underwhelming is a big disappointment.
Fitting how the worst films in the series would also be the worst parts of the game. like i remember when everyone thought episodes 1 - 3 was bad but my god 7 - 9 is beyond awful. i almost wanted to stop playing after episode 6 just cus i knew what was coming up.

I bought the game on release, played until episode V and ironically episodes 1&2 and 5 are the ones I remember the best after one year, I can't remember one single single in episode 3 and 4. The things I remember the best are the droid factory (mostly because it's laggy as hell), finding those Naboo jarjar things and helping them, Darth Maul fight, looking for the bounty hunter on coruscant and exploring tattoine as qui gon, so I gotta give episodes 1&2 my point for being the best episodes
That's not easy but let's try : episode 7 episode 9 episode 4 episode 6 episode 8 episode 5 episode 1 episode 2 episode 3 I love them all episode 7 was the worst for me because we already had a game based on the force awakens in 2016 and the difference of technology between these two games is very little Plus, i really loved the 2016 game But i've found the flying levels and the boss fight levels better on the skywalker saga version My little complaint for episode 6 is the fight with darth vader and the emperor it's not the level itself but the theme '' a jedi's fury '' wasn't played so that was an hard feeling Same for the grievous fight. There's some stuff i prefer in the skywalker saga and there's some i prefer in the complete saga
All this guy does is talk about the complete saga 🤦🏻♂️ it’s not supposed to be like the complete saga. Ranking it by comparing it to the complete saga it’s stupid. Not to mention TCS is so boring compared to this amazing remake

The game has some good levels but the way the game emphasizes the open world to like 90% compared to the levels kind of kills the game for me. To me the best thing about Lego games has always been the levels and the way the long levels make you feel you really are going through a movie. The format just doesn't work, 100% the game isn't fun at all and i gave up on it. The Force Awakens game was worse game overall, but it had a way better structure.
My only gripe about revenge of the with is that while the levels themselves are great there’s barely any substance in between them. You sort of just do a level, go to coruscant, do another level, etc. I still enjoyed playing through the episode it just felt kind of incomplete somehow. I wish there was a little more encouraged exploration
I don’t really know my favorite, but I know my least favorite was episode 6. Palpatine was such a disappointment and you didn’t get to destroy the Death Star 2

I feel this game could have used another 6-12 months in the oven, the main story levels feel incomplete, and the combat is just not fun. still a good game, just very flawed.
Rise of skywalker is Unironically up there for me. The one mission you liked about it is the one that’s most boring to me. The first mission is the best in the game for grinding studs, the final battle with Palpatine and riding across the star destroyer as Finn was great, the chase scene on Pasana was alright, nothing too special, the vibe of the Death Star wreckage and fight with Kylo was one of the best boss fights in the game…it was just a really good episode. And the only one that managed to disappoint me only once because I expected to take part in the space battle as Lando. Every other episode disappointed me at least twice. Edit: having watched the whole video, we have a VERY different list. Being one of my favourite movies, revenge of the sith was the worst episode to play through for me. So much disappointment.
I felt disappointed that in the knights of ten and sovereign protectors boss fight in the Be with me level on free play, I couldn’t play as other characters. I wanted to have Anakin and max rebo( weird duo) kick ass.
I cant lie i feel the sequel episodes are getting hate cos people dont likd the films. And you can attack me for why their crap. But as far as i thought some of the sequel settings were really good. Cantonica as a planet is ond of the bedt planets in the game.
I just finished episode 7, and I don t say that because I dislike the movies, but it was clearly the worst episode so far. I can t tell for the 8 and 9, I hope they are better...

My 1 gripe about Revenge of the Sith? I'm more than a little disappointed that mace vs Palpatine was relegated to a cutscene, rather than being a boss fight.

What about the battle over coruscant or the fact that 3PO and R2 got shoehorned into the final battle? Or at least Palpatine vs yoda being its own mission instead of being a part of the high ground to either swap between or player 2 to play through?

My only gripe about this game is there not being a battle of coruscant level. I feel like it would've been the most visual appealing, and given the open world aspect you could travel across the battle rather than the older games where you were on a fixed path. I'd rather have that level than the count dooku level in episode 3 imo.

I think the devs wanted to have some parts cut out and included in this game that weren’t in tcs so that there could be more variety

I love this game but my biggest gripe with it is that it really needed 6 levels per episode. Every episode felt like it was missing something like.
Ep 1 we could have had a mission with padme and panaka making their way to the throne room
Ep 2 battle of geonosis
Ep 3 battle over coruscant or mace v palpatine
Ep 4 jundland wastes mission
Ep 5 dagobah level
Ep 6 attack on Death Star 2
Ep 7 takodana level

Takodana level IS a thing. You play as FN 2187 and must kill the stormtrooper with a laser stick thingy.

I was really disappointed with episode 3 and it’s probably my least favourite to play even though it’s my favourite movie. I feel like with 4/5 of the levels being boss fights which take up most of the levels they’re in it feels very repetitive. I guess I just prefer the older style of levels

They should definitely have had more levels for episode 3, and they should have been lengthier as well. If they added battle of coruscant and a battle against palpatine as mace windu. Also It would help if they actually had made the bosses more different from each other, so it doesn’t become that repetitive.

I'm conflicted because on one hand I really prefer the shorter levels because I've hated how previous modern LEGO games have had ridiculously long levels. On the other hand, many of them feel more like minigames than actual levels.
First list I’ve seen that was actually very similar to mine, personally I’d put TFA at the bottom and move A New Hope to number 1 that episode really deserves props for it’s level design

My main complaint about episode 2 is that there's no battle of geonosis in there! Like come on bruh it's on the box art and everything but all we get is the Jedi battle and the count Dooku fight! Which is still good but man I was waiting to see how they would do it in this game!

The lack of the battle of Coruscant and especially Geonosis was bad. The battle of Geonosis is literally on the cover of the game too.

The originals felt so polished like the Jabba boss fight just looks so crisp
for me The Empire Strikes Back was the best, planets are amazing, well rythmed, Vader boss fight was epic and there was a really cool diversity in the missions
I think the story goes by way too fast. There's too little given to the actual content overall. the story in this game is just kinda...dissapointing
Personally I would put AOTC and ROTS and ANH a little lower. AOTC didn’t really have a lot of great level design, ROTS boss fights are cool but playing the whole episode kind of diminished the effect, and ANH, despite being my favorite star wars movie, has the disappointing trench run and one of the worst levels at docking bay 94. Maybe it’s recency bias because I recently finished the game but I think Return of the Jedi was maybe my favorite, even though I’m not as high on that film, and I actually really enjoyed the sequels
Only good thing about the trench run was the amount of studs you get from it
I feel like the boss fights in episode 3 really let it down. Since 4/5 levels are boss fights and any lighstaber boss fight is just an exercise in button mashing for the most part. They all feel the same.
Yeah. Idk why, but TROS was my favourite episode in this game.
1. The final battle was really fun to fight.
2. The first level is amazing, it's really easy to farm for studs.
The only good thing about AOTC is the arena. Even Dooku was better in ROTS
Solid list man! Must of been hard to decide because all of them had fun aspects. My favourite is episode 5 I loved the Vader boss fight
Return of the jedi was my favorite just because in the final fight againts vader, if you have two players the second player will play as vader, so basically you're fighting your own friend
I didnt know that, its like in complete saga when you play episode 3 chapter 6, you can fight your friend
I played through all nine episodes in the machete order. Although some were better than others I enjoyed playing all nine. It was quite the rollercoaster plus the I love how the TT Games actually acknowledged the flaws in all of them. Made me realize not to take Star Wars too seriously but I understand there are some who put their perception of it on a religious level pedestal. So I guess what I’m trying to say is yes the game or the movies aren’t perfect but at least there is something for everybody to enjoy in this game and that’s still a big win. Can’t wait to see what TT Games does next! Hoping for the Infinity Saga of the MCU. Or perhaps do Doctor Who. That would be “FANTASTIC”.

Here’s my ranking:
9. The Phantom Menace (Controversial maybe but in my opinion this episode was too much open world and not enough levels. The levels it does have are decent to amazing like Better Call Maul, but something I find weird with this game is that it refuses to combine level types, so instead of having the first Maul fight as part of the Podrace level they make it a cutscene, and also that you don’t get to go through Theed Palace with Padme and her group which would’ve been an amazing environment to explore since it’s kinda small in the open world just made it a little disappointing)
8. The Force Awakens (I enjoyed this episode but I think the 5 level limit severely hindered it, I mean they skip the Battle of Takodana basically which was very disappointing. But the levels it does have are great and specifically First Order of Business had so many different routes to go through that it was very fun)
7. Attack of the Clones (This episode might be placed low but it’s still amazing. After the slight disappointment that was Episode 1 this one made me love the game. The chase was so much better than the complete saga, and it improved on almost every level in that game except one. Like with Episode 1 it’s odd that they didn’t combine both Jango fights into one level since they happen back to back but at least it isn’t a cutscene)
6. The Last Jedi (The first of the brand new episodes was shockingly fun. I really don’t like the movie but the level design here was fantastic. The opening flying level was a blast, the prison level that had a bunch of different options was fun, and No Snoke Without Fire was absolutely incredible and one of the best in the game.)
5. The Rise of Skywalker (While the first 2 levels aren’t great although I did enjoy the first one, the last 3 are fantastic. I think they went so hard on the Kijimi level since they had to cut the open world for it so that one was great, the Death Star Kylo boss was so fun and immersive kinda, and the final level had both the amazing fight with the Knights of Ren and the fun journey on a star destroyer so it was a blast)
4. A New Hope (Classic lego gameplay. Boarding Party was great and nostalgic, the Mos Eisley level was unique, and the Death Star levels were really good. The Trench Run is so much better than TCS and it also helped me farm for studs so that’s also nice)
3. Revenge of the Sith (As incredible as this episode is there is a little bit of a lack of variety. The bosses are amazing but sometimes you just want to do the opening flying scene in gameplay instead of a cutscene, and not even making the Palpatine fight an open world boss was disappointing, as well as not having a super unique Order 66 level that would be Lone Wolf from Reach, although I really enjoyed the Kashyyk level. Other than those small things, Senate Showdown and The High Ground absolutely did not disappoint and felt like the culmination of the trilogy.)
2. Return of the Jedi (Except for one and a half levels, this might have the best design in the game. Going through Jabba’s Palace was a ton of fun, the Barge level was cool, and the Battle of Endor was obviously fantastic, however the Speeder level really could’ve been better, since there wasn’t really any chasing it was just shooting at speeders and there were moments where there weren’t any enemies for like 20 seconds. And as amazing as the last level is, not even making the escape part of the space battle in the level was really annoying, still an amazing boss though)
1. The Empire Strikes Back (The biggest improvement overall from TCS in my opinion. Hoth and Cold is so unique and interesting to go through, Assault on Echo Base felt just like the movie, Never Tell Me The Odds is in my opinion the best ship level in the game, Hibernation Station was so much fun making your way through Bespin, and Revelations might be my favorite in the game, bravo TT Games.)
Honestly, the prequels are my bottom three. Once I got through those three, the episodes finally seemed enjoyable. TPM and AOTC were super slow with extremely short levels. ROTS, even though I love the movie, having 4/5 of the levels being boss battles was super repetitive so that once the Anakin vs. Obi-Wan fight came I was tired of playing boss battles so it ruined the fight as a whole with that. Otherwise, the other six episodes afterwards were all much more enjoyable and didn't feel like a slog to get through... even the sequels were extremely fun to play through.
Personally I liked the last Jedi a lot. I think every level except for ground a-salt was really fun, and I feel like I enjoyed it more than episode 2,7,9 and 4

Revenge of the sith low key the 3rd worst to play through. It’s just ONLY boss battles and it’s super boring. That’s even on single player, with co-op it’s MUCH worse
This is pretty how much I rank the actual movies, which I liked a lot. Rise Of The Senate at the top, original trilogy and attack of the clones below that, phantom menace and the force awakens below them, last jedi below them and rise of Skywalker at the bottom
Agreed with the Sequel Trilogy episodes. I took my time with every episode from 1 to 6 (took me just over a week) while I just blitzed my way through the Sequels. Finished all of them in one day lol.
I played the sequels first and I have no regrets.
@@Bearical Me too. My friends always ask me why I played them first, but and 8 and 9 and a copy of episode 4 make it pretty self explanatory lol. Wouldn't want to end on that.

@@Bearical I liked the way I played, it felt better to me, I started with the sequels, then the prequels, and ended on the orignals.
Imagine if eps 3 also had Mace vs Sidious boss fight.
I kinda played with this in my head, where you played Mace, paired with one of the other 3 masters, in different segments each ending with the death of one of the masters, with another taking over in the next.
This is the primary scene I would have loved to se expanded, when we don't think about canon or the movies.

My main 3 wishes for levels would have to have been battle over coruscant, endor space battle around the death star 2 and also a battle of exogol one but flying and destroying the star destroyers
TROS may have mediocre levels, but you gotta admit that “Be With Me” is a great level and great finale to the game
Eh.. imo It isn't. The star destroyer section is fine but the rey/ben part of the level is just not that good. All it is is a boss fight where you can't switch characters in free play, and don't have any actual level to explore, and then a "boss fight" against sheev that's literally just pressing a button.
Compared to the final boss of the complete saga, it's really disappointing. The TCS one was a huge throne room level with the boss jumping around the entire area with 20 hearts. TSS final fight is pressing 1 button a few times.
idk why people hate episode IX so much. the finale in the episode is literally my favorite. tbh, i really dont like episode II.

Honestly my only complaint with this game is in A New Hope I was really hoping for a Obi Wan vs Vader boss fight and I got really excited when I saw you got to play as Obi Wan right before the fight but then when Obi Wan and Vader finally meet you switch to Luke, Han, and Leia and I was extremely disappointed. I understand that they probably wanted to save the Vader boss fight for Empire Strikes Back but I think what they should have done was remove the Vader fight on Deguba made that a cutscene and then make Obi Wan vs Vader a real boss fight

I like the anakin vs obi wan fight in both the game and the movie. The one problem is that the fight kept on switching back to c3po and r2-d2. It kind of ruined the moment at times
To be honest I liked the sequels more in this game than the prequels because of the level design. The level design in the prequels is pretty boring sometimes. Especially the first and second star wars episode. And of course the origilan trilogy is my favorite.
I was actually getting tired of the boss fights by the end of episode 3, but I can appreciate that it makes sense for the movie

I played the game from episode 1 to episode 9 and I must say that TROS was my favorite part of the game, especially the last mission. I even did laugh when fighting sith troopers they started to say things like "Space battles are so cool! I hope this isn't our only one" or when Rey literally called Kylo a nerd in the death star mission.
The prequels were a little to short for me tbh
My ranking I love all the levels but some were disappointing
9. Phantom menace I was rather disappointed with this there’s alwYs a bigger fish felt boring to me and the Anakin starship level alongside the gungan fight while I enjoyed them felt slightly underwhelming. The Darth maul fight and podrace were fun though
8. Force awakens- I’m a fan of the force awakens game however some levels especially the phasma boss fight were disappointing
7. New hope- while I enjoy a new hope I feel like the 2nd level in particular is lackluster
6. Last Jedi I was surprised how much I enjoyed last Jedi the prison break was a bit meh and I despise the Luke vs kylo boss fight but smoke’s throneroom and phasma fight we’re fun
5. Return of the Jedi- I enjoyed the first 2 and the emperor fight however the speeder chase and thf forest weren’t great
4. Rise of skywalker- again surprised me with how good it was skip and a jump is my level I go to to get studs and the last 3 are all greatly done
3. Empire strikes back- rather fun the Luke vs Vader boss fight was fun as was escaping both bwapin and hoth.
2. Attack of the clones- I do enjoy the film I’m general but I still think the boss fights weee extremely well done.

Attack of the Clones was the best episode to me, I know I’m in the minority but that last fight with Dooku in the cave with the lightsabers glowing was 🔥🔥🔥 definately the best duel in the entire game.
I was really excited for this game to come out and I played it a lot. However, I feel like where there's a lot of good, there's a lot of disappointing elements. The boss fights are all the same thing. No new move sets for each boss. It's all just dodge, slash slash, dodge. Obi-Wan and Yoda vs Count Dooku and Luke Skywalker vs Kylo Ren were the more different ones, but overall it's all the same. And, idk, I feel like there was a lot of charm missing and the level designs weren't as enjoyable. The Battle of Geonosis and Anakin vs Kenobi fell flat for me. In the old games, The Battle of Geonosis was a huge battle with hordes of droids attacking you and the companions you were trying to free from the pillars. Anakin vs Kenobi allowed you and your companion to go through the level and help each other out go through the level and then you fight your co-op partner in the end. In TSS, One person is fighting Anakin and the other is stuck being 3P0 and R2 the whole match and it really takes away from the climax. Each episode just felt like a copy and paste from the previous episodes with a different skin and few new things separating them. The humor was good, but not great imo. Order 67 was the best tho. It could just be me where I have a huge soft spot for the old games, but I gotta give this game a 6.8/10 for me.
The OG trilogy movies are definitely my top 3 episodes in this game. My favorite episode in the entire game was return of the Jedi

Honestly, I feel like every episode was lacking some levels, they should've made EVERY major scene in the whole saga ALL levels instead of just making some of them cutscenes only, ugh.

I think that I hate Attack of the Clones’ movie…but I adored the episode. My favorite so far in the game. The anvil joke with the bugs was one of my favorite gags of all the Lego games….I’m a simple man, anvils will never stop being funny
I’m really not enjoying the missions in this game to be honest. Episode one was super bland and I’m halfway through episode two. The zam wessel chase was one of the worst levels in any game I’ve ever played. The missions are also really short and lots of stuff is cut out for cutscenes. No battle of courascant? Why?

I was actually disappointed of episode 1. It got like 3 vehicule missions and 2 super short ones.
Episode 2 and 9 kinda suffered the same treatment, but not as bad as ep 1.
Ep 3 is next because it has 3 boss battles out of 5 levels. It was just too much for me.
Next is ep 6. Except for the hunt boba fett mission, I really enjoyed it.
Episode 7 and 8 were really good.

I will be honest i love the game
But the level designing i find questionable
My whole experience of episode 1 was ruined. It kept crashing on the first part of the maul fight when you were in blade lock. I REALLY wanted to play so through my anger. I pirated the game. I mean i already payed for it right? When a patch was released I copied my save over and deleted the pirated copy. But my entire experience was ruined just from that.
My favourite was a new hope I think
I really liked the prequels and the OG trilogy, but something about the sequel trilogy legit made me stop playing for a while. It probably has something to do with the fact that I didn’t really like any of the movies (although I did enjoy rise of skywalker a couple times) so by extension, I didn’t like the sequel trilogy in the game.
I made the conscious decision to play the Sequel Trilogy first, just to get it done. Only really laughed at some of Palpatine falling apart in Rise of Skywalker and nearly all the Kylo Shirtless scenes, but other than that, not even Lego could make the lines taken directly from the movie work.

Prequels felt really rushed compared to The Complete Saga
In my opinion, I like all of the episodes equally, but I respect your opinion on them.
I feel like this is just a normal star wars film ratings but with the game.
But this is coming from someone who is experiencing a lego game for the first time so I don't have any nostalgia and I feel the sequels are better if you haven't played the earlier lego games since you don't have that since of nostalgia.

Episode 1 was honestly overall pretty bad, most of the story segments were in the open world which aren't easily replayable

I think revenge of the sith was actually very low on the ranking because it’s 80% boss levels, there’s almost no real variety
I feel like some episodes would benefit a lot from not having that 5 level per episode restriction. I found some of the episodes to be a little underwhelming because the levels were too short, specially Episode 1

My 1 gripe with RoTS is actually something to do with free play. You CAN'T complete the mission in free play, as you only have 2 character slots. When you need to push the buttons, you only have 1 character to work with, therefore it becomes impossible.

9: Phantom Menace (too many vehicle levels)
8: Rise of Skywalker (felt rushed, two of the levels are short vehicle levels and the only really good missions were the Kijimi level and the final level)
7: The Last Jedi (boring and the final boss fight was just a quick time event)
6: The Clone Wars (40% of the movie is vehicle levels and I hate the droid factory level)
5: Force Awakens (good but some parts just felt like the Force Awakens game from 2016)
4: A New Hope (great movie just wish you got to play a boss fight against Ben Kenobi and Darth Vader)
3: Return of the Jedi (great movie, love all the levels but just love two other movies more)
2: Empire Strikes Back (the first level on Hoth is so good and the boss fight against Vader is amazing)
1: Revenge of the Sith (no vehicle levels, heaps of boss fights. My favorite episode from the complete saga and my favorite episode in the Skywalker saga.
Honestly there should have been 6 Missions per episode.
Episode I - A fully fleshed out Trade Federation mission at the start.
Episode II - Battle of Geonosis.
Episode III - Mace Windu v Palpatine.
Episode IV - C-3PO and R2D2 in the Desert Wastes.
Episode V - Gilly fleshed out Degobah level.
Episode VI (the one I'm most annoyed with) - The destruction of the 2nd Death Star.
I haven't played the Sequels yet, as I just finished Episode VI, so I can't say anything about them. All I can say is I hope there's ground assault mission on Crait (the salt planet).

For context: I'm playing episode 5 right now and I started from ep 1. I was really disappointed by the prequels. Episode 3 is my favourite movie and seeing that the level that should have been Anakin Vs Obi Wan has some unnecessary parts as R2 and 3P0 that are slow and underwhelming is a big disappointment.
Fitting how the worst films in the series would also be the worst parts of the game. like i remember when everyone thought episodes 1 - 3 was bad but my god 7 - 9 is beyond awful. i almost wanted to stop playing after episode 6 just cus i knew what was coming up.
My favourite episode for Lego starwars the skywalker sags is episode 9 and my least favourite episode 1

The good thing about revenge of the sith is that’s there’s 5 levels and 4 are boss fights count dooku general grieves palpetine and anikan
I bought the game on release, played until episode V and ironically episodes 1&2 and 5 are the ones I remember the best after one year, I can't remember one single single in episode 3 and 4. The things I remember the best are the droid factory (mostly because it's laggy as hell), finding those Naboo jarjar things and helping them, Darth Maul fight, looking for the bounty hunter on coruscant and exploring tattoine as qui gon, so I gotta give episodes 1&2 my point for being the best episodes

episode 7 was the worst for me because we already had a game based on the force awakens in 2016 and the difference of technology between these two games is very little
Plus, i really loved the 2016 game
But i've found the flying levels and the boss fight levels better on the skywalker saga version
My little complaint for episode 6 is the fight with darth vader and the emperor
it's not the level itself but the theme '' a jedi's fury '' wasn't played so that was an hard feeling
Same for the grievous fight.
There's some stuff i prefer in the skywalker saga and there's some i prefer in the complete saga
All this guy does is talk about the complete saga 🤦🏻♂️ it’s not supposed to be like the complete saga. Ranking it by comparing it to the complete saga it’s stupid. Not to mention TCS is so boring compared to this amazing remake

The game has some good levels but the way the game emphasizes the open world to like 90% compared to the levels kind of kills the game for me. To me the best thing about Lego games has always been the levels and the way the long levels make you feel you really are going through a movie. The format just doesn't work, 100% the game isn't fun at all and i gave up on it. The Force Awakens game was worse game overall, but it had a way better structure.
My only gripe about revenge of the with is that while the levels themselves are great there’s barely any substance in between them. You sort of just do a level, go to coruscant, do another level, etc. I still enjoyed playing through the episode it just felt kind of incomplete somehow. I wish there was a little more encouraged exploration
yeah I know right, maybe a playable order 66 temple part with anakin would of been awesome! (:
I loved the force awakens movie but it was by far the worst episode in the game.
I don’t really know my favorite, but I know my least favorite was episode 6. Palpatine was such a disappointment and you didn’t get to destroy the Death Star 2
I don't know why, but I just don't like any of the missions in RotS.
Especially So Uncivilized, I just hate it

I feel this game could have used another 6-12 months in the oven, the main story levels feel incomplete, and the combat is just not fun. still a good game, just very flawed.
Rise of skywalker is Unironically up there for me. The one mission you liked about it is the one that’s most boring to me. The first mission is the best in the game for grinding studs, the final battle with Palpatine and riding across the star destroyer as Finn was great, the chase scene on Pasana was alright, nothing too special, the vibe of the Death Star wreckage and fight with Kylo was one of the best boss fights in the game…it was just a really good episode. And the only one that managed to disappoint me only once because I expected to take part in the space battle as Lando. Every other episode disappointed me at least twice.
Edit: having watched the whole video, we have a VERY different list. Being one of my favourite movies, revenge of the sith was the worst episode to play through for me. So much disappointment.
I felt disappointed that in the knights of ten and sovereign protectors boss fight in the Be with me level on free play, I couldn’t play as other characters. I wanted to have Anakin and max rebo( weird duo) kick ass.
I thought all Jango fights were even better than Complete Saga, and the Slave 1 asteroid battle is my fav level in the game! They did it perfectly!
I cant lie i feel the sequel episodes are getting hate cos people dont likd the films. And you can attack me for why their crap. But as far as i thought some of the sequel settings were really good. Cantonica as a planet is ond of the bedt planets in the game.
I just finished episode 7, and I don t say that because I dislike the movies, but it was clearly the worst episode so far. I can t tell for the 8 and 9, I hope they are better...
