1.what if we define like this spec-x(U1, U2, U3) spec-y(U2, U1, U3) only
2. While defining spec-xy you multiplied the third load name factor also by2/3, then how could we say 30% is applied.
Generally, I see on different videos everyone does spectrum analysis in different ways, can you please tell me where is its concept.
