Dear All,
Kindly check out the below link for
Structural Analysis and Design of RCC building using Staad.Pro software.
In this course, all the basic concepts, and Lateral load Analysis(Response spectrum and wind load analysis) of a building as per IS-456, IS-875, IS-1893-2016, and detailing as per IS-13920 have been explained.

first of all i am Thanking u for ur very nice explanatory video. i am basically a mechanical engineer, working at indira gandhi centre for atomic research (IGCAR) kalpakkam in area of large test rig design reactor component testing, requesting u, please make such kind of video for time history analysis/response spectrum analysis of steel structure.
Thank You🫡🫡🫡
Thanks 🙏🏻 I’m computer science engineer, I used SketchUp and AutoCAD for designing. But I wanted to learn structural engineering, learn i mean self learn, I would like to request to keep on updating on!
Glad it was helpful!
I have created a course, structural design of buildings using Etabs software which includes structural analysis and design of a five-sorey RCC building(Real project) and is now available on udemy.

Very clearly explained thank you
You are welcome
also please discuss about floor spectra generation.
i have a doubt ,,can we able to import 2-3 floor plans at once..
Hi voice bagundi midi
mam can u make a video detailing of all load calculation how to mathematically find out load factor value.🙏🏻🙏🏻
Mam can you please tell me response reduction factor is necessary to apply?...
Yes it is mandatory to apply.
Mam kindly upload seismic analysis on response spectrum method ,. Only for zone 2 with regular building of height less than 15m only this static method is applicable. For all other than this, response spectrum method is applicable.

Good morning
Are we assign slab any where in video
We have assigned floor load on the slab
but mam i think in dead load portion selfweight of structure is not taken into account .is it okk?
Self weight of slab, floor finish was added as a floor load which is 5.125 kN/m2. Self weight other structural members were assigned as a self weight, please refer at 21:28.
@@CivilEngineeringMastery I mean when you are assigning section properties to beam, column size. These beam column itself has selfweight. That command is missing. Selfweight y -1 command which I feel.
Pls check at 21:28. Self weight y-1 is added.

What is 1.37 in Cantilever slab load calculation?
Cantilever slab load on beam
@@CivilEngineeringMastery The slab load computed is 7.125 KN/m2 and multiplied with 1.37. From where we get the value 1.37? I am not getting the calculation. Can you please explain?
1.37m is the length of the cantilever slab.
7.125kN/m2 is the load "w" , so load multiplied by the distance ie w x l
= 7.125 x 1.37 = 9.76kN/m.
Hope this helps.
@@CivilEngineeringMastery Thank you. I did understand now.

All response reduction analysismay be loaded
Manually design Excel sheet
Madam please share word file for understanding how to calculate manual load
Kindly join the channel membership to avail the files.
At ground floor live load is 0 but you have taken 2. Why???
In seismic load calculation, at roof level live load is zero.
@@CivilEngineeringMastery I'm asking about ground floor, why you taken 2??
It is ground floor roof. live load is 2.
@@CivilEngineeringMastery madam what is the dead load to be applied at roof slab? Except slab thickness.
Floor finish load, partition load and water proofing if any on the roof.
