@@Westside_Hippie i like to think the death of Iok is satisfying because it's the closest fans will get to the end of Berserk. Space Guts was able to kill his antagonist.
People really need to stop suggesting watching imortant Gundam scenes to reactioners. Without watching the show, you will only spoil the story to whoever watched the scene. It will also severely cheapen the experience 🙄.
And he doesn’t have much context on the situation at this point he’s already seen the hashmal fight so what’s next the graze ein fight he should just watch the series
I do agree that knowing the context or significance of a fight especially in a gundam series makes the fight better to watch. Gundam puts more emphasis on why a fight is happening rather than what’s happening in the fight. But I do see people who just want to watch the pure action of a fight without any background knowledge. But the overall point that I’m trying to say here is that if you want to watch a fight scene in a gundam series, it’s better to just watch the series in its entirety to get a better experience and better context of the battle that you want to watch. Rather than being lost and constantly asking why the characters are fighting in the first place.
This was the first thing in IBO I ever watched and it got me into Gundam. I still thoroughly enjoyed the series, to the point that I have Tekkadan’s logo tattooed on my arm
Honestly ibo was one the most perfect anime I’ve seen that it was perfectly balanced it was sad, happy, crazy, and just beautiful 10/10 highly recommend it
While I love Tekkadan's last stand against Gjallarhorn, this battle was major spoilers for the series. This was pretty much the entire second quarter of the final episode. Either way I still recommend this series, by far my favourite gundam series that I've watched.
In gundam. There is no good or bad. Mostly everyone is a dick. Like in real life. The choices the mc and there side made in this series was soo bad, that it gave us this ending.
In Gundam, there is good or bad. Depending on which series is telling the story. And then there's some where everyone's a fucking asshole. Like UC? 7 times out of 10, Zeon's evil doers. When it's not, it's the Federation. When It's not, it's some 3rd party who hijacked the show. And when it's not them, then it's Char. G Gundam...? Doesn't need explaining. Seed? Everyone's an ass hat. And so on.
5:12, they have something that connecting the gundam to their nerves system that allow the pilots to control their gundam similar to real human body reflexes. It's embedded on their spine. But, it's not something "severe" like in Evangelion which the pilot really feels the robot. Like if their robot's arm cut off, they feel it to on their arm. Or if their robot's eye got stabbed, they also feels the excrutiating pain. But still, there is a huge risk of using this system in IBO, where one pilot might become completely paralyzed if the burden to their nerves is way too much.
Funnily enough about you mentioning if the robot loses an arm they would too, the main character here Mikazuki lost all feeling in his arm when hes not connected to his Gundam after it lost an arm earlier in the series. He only regains feeling when hes reconnected to Barbatos.
I wouldn't classify "most" Gundams as having "sad", and more say, "bittersweet", i.e. even if the protagonists accomplish their goals, they lose a lot to get there. Though there are endings unequivocally more "positive" than most, for example Gundam 00's, or Gundam X's.
This story is about family brotherhood only smart human can understand it. It's not your average cliche harem soft mc anime. This is a journey of a hero🗿

When Iok died (the guy that got crushed) it was one of the most satisfying deaths in anime. man, that guy was a prick.
Ali Al-Saachez was more satisfying

Mika was the first ever Gundam MC to actually die on-screen. Crazy how it took this long to happen.
What about Amuro in 𝘊𝘩𝘢𝘳𝘤'𝘴 𝘤𝘰𝘶𝘯𝘵𝘦𝘳𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘬?
@@adriennash7326 That was offscreen and not confirmed until near the end of Unicorn.

Fun fact, his nerves didnt get fried. They were restructured like that of Barbatos. Tbus only reacting when they saw the Mobile Armor Emerge.
Thanks to its writer who specialize in making Bittersweet ending when MC died, like Clannad and Angel Beats
He: bro this is so actually so fucking sad

With all these Gundam reacts I'm surprised Perun hasn't done The 08th MS Team Shiro Amada VS Norris Packard. It's a very popular classic battle.

Tfw you find out they literally had to nuke these two to have a fighting chance
I remember the first time I finished IBO, I was ugly crying watching the final episode. Hell, to be honest, I was Ugly Crying for MOST of season 2…
Ayo have you guys noticed the arm that is missing in the gundam in the final moments is the only arm that is working?!?!! Coincidence?!?!
thats the alliana vijnana system, direct control from spine column to the gundam frame.this episode do a lot of lessons try to watch from the start.
This is the most Mature (Brutal) and one of The Best Gundam Series 👌👌 i wish they do more like this, not like the Kiddie Gundam
there's no such thing as kiddie gundam
all gundam has serious tone to it except gunpla builder but that one is spinoff based on toy not actual series
Every single gundam anime is sad ending, except gundam seed and seed destiny
