Im glad to FINALLY get Thunderbird and Classic Storm. The cheated My Man in Fists department. I cant wait to get it though!
Storms cape isn't connected to her wrists like in the comics. Kind of a bummer.

Beautiful Storm! No doubt about it! I have the white Jim Lee one, and there is something curious... Storm did not use gloves during the 90's animated series, but she did in the comics. So, having the white Storm with a pair so hands swapped with this one, would turn the white Storm specifically into the 90's series version! Even though the skin tone would be a little different, being just the hands wouldn't make her look bad, specially if you put some lightning effects.
Yeah, Damingtoys is the place to go for exclusives and hard-to-find figs. Expensive (especially with the shipping and handling), but worth it when dealing with scalper/bots. Thanks for the great review!

Mcu Collector and Unparalleled Universe are the best. Videos are so hd I can practically see the non existing pores of the figures.
They should have used the same body mold as Warparth for Thunderbird, they're brothers!! Ugh.... Also wind effects for the next Storm figure would be great.
Andy Loretto Yes they are brothers but in the comics they are different heights. Thunderbird is 6'1 and Warpath is 7'2. Ironically Thunderbird is the older brother
Probably a better body mold but not really the same as Warpath's.
Would have been nice if Banshee was the other figure instead of Thunderbird.

The stupid thing with Hasbro is that they stopped manufacturing the white retro storm. Probably because of the other releases. It's annoying. My pre-order never came.
@Mike N It was a third party seller. So what they did was they just allowed me to transfer the money to add to another pre-order that I had with them. But I remember the seller was willing to refund me.
@Mike N Have you reached out to your seller? A lot of things have been delayed lately most likely due to the pandemic.

Funny thing, sometimes, I enjoy delays because it helps me save up more on my orders. Hahaha.

I'm gonna be honest I love thunderbird he along with two other mutants are my favorites I don't care what people say about the thunderbird figure I will get it along with storm and I hope they will make a new thunderbird
They shoulda given Storm Pupils in her relaxed "calm" state. And after dremmeling T-Birds's head down a bit, he'll look just fine. Use Shang Chi's extra hands on him.

Great review bro!! This storm is super awesome!! I did get this for storm but I still like thunderbird jus wish he was on a bigger body mold!! I hope we get a halle berry storm somewhere and I kind of liked bloodstorm too!! Congrats on the getting this 2 pack!! I also was surprised that my target had got this one in!!
Storm looks like it just popped out of a Cockrum or Byrne illustrated Xmen issue

i've been wanting thunderbird for ages, is this that thunderbird meh. just wish he'd come with fists not gripping hands and maybe put on the hercules body as he was supposed to have a large chest/shoulders. i also took out some plastic from the back of storms legs to increase her knee range and that works better.
I can't believe they didn't give him any accessories.
Storm should've had the same proportions of the moonstone body mold
none of the storm figures are as good as they could've have been, it seems like they can't decide on her proportions, the retro ones are probably the most consistent

Found it!! This review is fantastic, beginning with agreeing to how I felt about this 2 pack, I didn't see the need for Thunderbird especially since I really like my Warpath. I get they are brothers but still...nah thanks to you I will not be picking it up because I have both retros and a warpath...Great video. Thanks for the heads up on the black widow. I have seen this for 41.00 usd and I trust your opinion so thinking back would you still buy this 2 pack if you were in my situation. Yeah especially since I noticed through watching your video If you consistently use the phrase just OK and then at the end you said it's a good figure but nothing you said through the video give me the impression that it's a necessary purchase. The only reason I'm asking is I don't have a TH-cam channel and and with all the waves that are coming out now it's becoming more that I have the kind of tighten my wallet because of all the preorders and all this stuff that has brew is just throwing on us like a tsunami, Galactud is coming 🤪. So in other words I have to be a little more careful with my purchases.
The one thing I always hated about Punk Storm was her mohawk was nowhere as crazy and big like in the comics, also her knees were terrible on mine.

hmmm, maybe it's for the best I missed out on the Target pre-order. Those elbows.....and I'm not going to lie. the body looks really weird to me. My Favorite Storm is the TRU exclusive one, but mine has the head from the Black retro suit figure.
I only wanted Thunderbird from this set. This Storm is meh for me, the Jim Lee Storm takes the crown for sure.

Just get the two pack and chuck him in the bin.... those proportions ugh. haha not a good look. We all know Warpath got ALL the love on that one. Storm is the must buy, obviously!! hahahaha But alas, If we want the Giant sized display. When Banshee comes out, we'll have to dig him up again!!

I'm not sure I follow your complaints on the elbows. They're toys, not real people.
BTW, Targets are already letting people buy the set, so I don't see why others would require a street date.
Anyway, Storm is the very ideal of perfection. God damn Hasbro blew her out of the park. I can not wait to get the Figure of 2020.
They should still look good. These figures are designed to be anatomically correct (for the most part of course)
And she does look good, but elbows, knees, and ab crunches will never fully look natural on a toy.
