Thank you for the lesson. Indeed you are the light at the end of the tunnel. You make all etudes so clear to understand and how to play them. In this etude I was playing everything loud. Thank you once again. You are a talented teacher and musician.👍😍
In this piece I really struggle in the last few bars, even last couple of bars, with the barre chords, can't make them sound good, I squint at the video to try and guess what you're doing but some in depth technique tutorial on the last few measures, when to barre and when not, would be super helpful.
I bought (from UK) the book shown in the begining of the video, but when it finally arrived, I was not able to find the page in which this song is printed (Sor Study Nº 22, Op. 35). I think it's not, unfortunately :-( :-( :-(
How then do you distinguish the melody from the accompaniment if the score does not emphasize the melody? (as in Sagreras' method). I have a tendency to play the bass notes louder than they should.
If the notes and stems don't tell you, you have to use your musical intuition. Sometimes all the notes belong to the "melody," especially if it's a fast moving piece. Then it's not really about melody and accompaniment. In either case, you'll have to rely on your intuition, which you obviously have, since you noticed that you are playing the bass too loud. Best of luck!!! And I'm sorry for the late reply. I don't get notifications for these comments on my channel, I reply when I happen to see them :-)
Yes, separation between melody and the rest of arpeggios is good point, but for me - in this video is missing dynamics working with melody and harmony - some crescendo, feeling. This study have much emotions inside. I wrote graduation work ,,Guitar estudios". Fernando Sor didn"t write his studies only as technical exercises. I very very prefer way to make estudios same musically as normal solo piece :-)

among this pieces, i like gohar misic.....simple and balanced.
Many thanks for your clear and nice lesson. It is a good solution to use rest stroke for melody and free stroke for accompaniment?
What strings is she using?
