I recorded my depression/anxiety | StopExisting&StartLiving

This was a hard video for me to make and post. You're not alone. There are time when you feel like you're at the bottom, but remember the only place left to go is up. I recorded the hard moment in my life for a little over a month and I hope that this can help anyone who is going through a funk. It sucks but things will get better for us.
