I discuss my life with having depression and how i have overcome those struggles i went through with depression

No worries, definitely was the hardest thing I'd ever talk about and definitely agree that no one is alone in the world, there is always people out there who will be there for you, I'm happy to share anything relating to depression and anxiety
Losing loved ones makes it so much worse and hard to cope with :(
My dad died, and it threw me into quite the spiral for the longest time
I am so sorry to hear, it definitely can be hard going through a loved ones death, it gets better in time
