Now after speaking to my dad did you know the old time boogie players, were offered free food and drinks, as long as they didn't stop playing, so the developed this particular left hand, as a way to cheat the system

Very good for educated, literate, upscale, experienced, skilled pianists. Worthless for ordinary people with only basic piano skills. Absolutely unintelligible. Thanks anyway
