Yeah!! There's so much left in KSP 1 to explore with mods like Kcalbeloh & Outer Planets mod and the other really well made Stock-alike planet packs. With all the visual advancements coming out like volumetric clouds and parallax, you're absolutely right. The KSP community is making its own KSP 2!! Thats so awesome actually.
@boybogue1 I never noticed how many great content mods were added since my last hyperfixation years ago. Didn't know they legit modded in Saturn, Uranus, Neptune and pluto equivalents as well as dwarf plants and comets. Not only is the content good, it legit feels like a expansion. This is why Ksp2 failed, cus Take Two doesn't realize all the devolelopnent they had to compete with when it comes to community content. I now have 1000s of more hours of content before I could dream of a sequel.
Yeah, I agree, I want to work my way up to some of that technology in game, I'm thinking I'm going to need some Near/Far Future mod parts to get to the planets near the black hole. It takes like 60,000 dV to get there and there's not any great slow down gravity assist opportunities down by the black hole so I think I'm gonna need some more powerful propulsion systems to get there.
@@boguekerbalWith your engineering skills I can’t even imagine what you can create with those mods like it would be a great show and a masterpiece not just a casual travel to other solar system through warm hole.Keep up you re doing so well:D
Yeah bro you're right, I got a little whispery at times and carried away with the epic music. I wish I could edit it after I posted it! I'll get it next time. Glad you enjoyed the video.
not sure how you feel about it, but mechjeb2 is really helpful for just executing precise manoeuvre nodes. i personally don’t get much joy out of clicking x at the right time, so mechjeb helps
Yeah I've been thinking about it, that would be nice, I don't have any reason I dont have it installed lol, I think I would also appreciate the Apoapsis and Periapsis height readouts on the HUD instead of having to switch to map view and hover over it.
I'm using EVE environmental Visual Enhancements and also Scatterer, and planetshine I think. The Kcalbeloh mod also has its own space skybox and thats where my stars are coming from.
@@azertly1213 I have had that happen but just to random planets at times. But I'm not sure in your case. I would update your game to the latest version if possible and then install all your visual mods together at once using CKAN. Let me know if this works, maybe I'll do a video on installing all these mods.
This is the first video I'm watching on your channel, so I apologize if you've mentioned it before, but do you have a list of the mods you are using? I remember I tried Outer Planets Mod before but it would conflict with something that would render it unusable, so I'm curious how you did it! Thank you!
Yeah! I recently downloaded a new version of the game on a new computer, so my game and my mods are all up to date with the latest versions I could. Here's the full list, all of these except for the visual mods like EVE, Scatterer, Waterfall etc, are just the automatic/reccomended installs that CKAN (the mod installer) bundles with Outer Planets Mod & Kcalbeloh System themselves. In no particular order: -Better Time Warp Cont. -Community Terrain Texture Pack -Environmental Visual Enhancements - Stock Planets -Evironmental Visual Enhancements Redux -Harmony 2 -Kcalbeloh System -Kopernicus Expansion Continued-er -Kopernicus Planetary Systems Modifier -KSP Community Fixes -Modular Flight Integrator -Module Manager -Outer Planets Mod -Scatterer -Scatterer Default Config -Scatterer Sunflare -Singularity -Spectra Scatterer Jool Shine on Laythe -Toolbar Controller -Vertex Mitchell -Netravali Filtered Heightmap -Waterfall Core For your issues I would recommend checking that you game version is up to date and re-installing your mod list to the latest versions. I have a feeling you might be having an issue with Kopernicus. Also expect the new planets from OPM / Kcalbeloh to take a lot longer to load into view when you start the game up for the first time after the mod install as it takes some time for the game to parse out the new paths to pull up the new planet data, It'll get better though when it gets used to it. Cheers! Thanks for the comment! Hope you subscribe!
@@boguekerbal Oh yeah, I subscribed after watching the first of your videos! Love your content! =) I actually just reinstalled KSP 1 because of your series, I'm having a blast with all these mods and you are absolutely right, all of them seem to be working perfectly now! Thank you so much for everything! Fantastic series!!! =)
@@Khether0001 Thats awesome! I started this little series to help make the OPM & Kcalbeloh mods more accessible and fun to more KSP players, so that absolutely made my day to hear that you're having fun in KSP again with these mods!!! Glad that the fix worked & Thank you for being a fan! It means a lot!
I suppose the plan was to move it to another asteroid but I actually haven't used the Sarnus Refueling station for a long time - this mission was the last time actually. I've figured out how to make do without it haha especially for missions to the Ahneta system where there are also plentiful asteroids. I think as far as this series is concerned I won't be using the Sarnus station anymore since I don't really need it anymore.
How?? This is literally crazy on stock parts only what
Great video, love the incorporation of photos of the journey! looking forward to part 2
Thanks Paelu, I'll have it out this weekend!!
Great work this is dope
Bro thanks!
I love how even though KSP2 may be doomed, at least we have it via mods is KSP. This mod is gorgeous.

So cool I would like to see some more of this content but maybe with some mods it will be more interesting like far future mod and Interstellar mod

Haha that's pretty close all things considered
Do you use volumetric clouds ? If not what cloud mod do you use?
