I know I already commented, but I feel like since it was meant to be Mettaton's neo body, the Neotech would act like a Super Sentai character, complete with a megazord-like combination for it's "something terrible is coming" attack.
The normal mix is definitely more of a fit for being in a literal cyber world (so actual Deltarune), while the crunch of this feels more like your fighting some old rusty piece of shit that will give you tetanus ten times over before actually just killing you. The added "regular" Power of Neo segment helps that too.
