Pro player here. This is a great keyboard for a singer songwriter. It's lightweight, has plenty of adjustability, and is affordable. I keep one to the right of my mic during a live set-up, and alternate between guitar and synth. Love this keyboard. Check guitar centers used gear page, I bought mine with a few scratches on it for $400
This synth is a machine for pure fun! I bought it years ago and i'm still satisfied with it... I swear i'll never change my "Lady Juno" for other synthesizer... This keyboard is for entire musician's life...
I am noob and sorry if I sound foolish here but I think this is more of keyboard than synthesizer. I mean I have seen some square shaped gadzets with lot of knobs (for like oscilators and filters) and few piano like keys and this is more like keyboard. I am sure I am not referring drum machines here by writing about gadzets. Please enlighten me. :)
How does JUNO DI Sound live ? Cause I noticed almost everything sounds good on TH-cam, I remember playing A Di or Gi cant remember at a music store, thru studio monitors and I did not like what I heard in general, wondering what your experiences are playing it thru a keyboard amp or PA System ?
jimi18032 No sequencer or audio recording. And I think less patches and limited sound programming possibilities. Get one used if you can. I got mine (Juno Di) for 380 €, including postage and a hard case.
2 questions: can you do something on the keyboard where you can hit a key and it'll sustain that note, or do you have to buy a sustain pedal for that? This is for the Yamaha MX49/MX61: there's a sustain control knob on it. That sustains a note when you hit a key, right? How long does it sustain for?
also roland when I hook up the USB and the line outs to my pc I hear data static, a sort of whine, like I'm hearing the serial data from the usb. Is there a way to prevent this?
Is it worth $300? There is one for sale in my area and I already have a Juno D, which I love for the weight and the sounds, but find it very "limited", especially searching for sounds. My other boards have a keypad, just punch in the numbers and there is the sound. Not so with my Juno. Anyway, just curious. Thanks.
Hey guys, does someone knows how to set volumes in the split session? like, if i have a bass in the lower part and a piano in the upper part, how do i change its volumes? ty
it's a stupid video, more focused on the sounds for the songs than into the real functions and how to access them, who told them that my ballads have a piano?? this should be about the functions and not the ballads or the music style anyway. i'm hoping to hear about the usb midi player to know if I can bring an edited midi song then spread it across a performance also pre-created into the Di editor, but nothing about that

I couldn't force myself to watch this video - who approved it for production? It is excruciating to watch!
The sounds are awesome
hard to watch , its like a 90' commercial
Yes, 90s is the time when Roland stopped creating cool products. Last one was JP-8080
Yes
This is a fun keyboard...even though there's no sequencer.
if I want to record juno di sounds into my daw I have to record it as audio right? via output with trs cables?
Does the juno Di contains drums to be played on the background?
Can we ever have synth introductions that are cheeze-tastic?
I too was expecting some synth functions here.
"Controllers like pitch bender"
*Uses mod*

The artist Cowgirl Clue uses this keyboard pretty exclusively her stuff is a good showcase of it.
How does this differ from the Juno G?

Nice little keyboard. I have one. And program it a lot.

1 min info made into 6 mins video, waste of time
Worst sound I've ever heard from an electric synth. This video may have killed Juno Di !🤔
That 'organ' sounded terrible
awful presentation.
Horrible background distracting noise (Music) ..

This looks like a joke.
