I'm sorry that I changed the "likes" from 69 to 70 😔 But I really liked the video and needed to hear all of that.
Again, my apologies. I know as men we strive really hard to brag to our broskies about the number 69 and its relevance in our lives. I'm just sorry u couldn't keep the story alive to tell the next Brody Jenner. Thanks for understanding 🙏 💕

Do you have the link where you bought the new headlights?

Do you know if the 07 headlights will fit the 05 models? The 2007 had a mid model refresh and they make the projector headlight assembly for it but the 2002-2006 there is no projector option. Just wondered if you know the headlights are the same dimensions and the bulb harnesses .
I’ve scoured the Internet and no one has a solid answer..

So too me it looks like they are very similar but still different. There is an extra plug on the 2005 style and the running light is located on the bottom it seems (going off of google images) dimensions look similar but hard to tell from pictures. I think it could work, but it might not be a plug and play install.

So out of curiosity I see that your mom‘s vehicle is an older model. I was wondering if she’s had any major problems with it if any problems at all if so what problems has she had have any of them being reoccurring or was it easy to fix the first time.
I have a 2019 Sorrento L and one of the reoccurring issues that I have with it is that my brake light on the driver side keeps burning out and this is one of the major issues also my headlight passenger side keeps burning out I’ve upgraded to LED but they’re $100 a pop and they’ve already went out once thankfully they were still under warranty so I was able to get them replaced for free but this is some thing that I don’t like so if I don’t have to use my lights then I don’t but that’s a little bit different with the brake lights you know I’m in the process of switching all my brake lights to LEDs
I had to get my brakes done the first year had to get new tires the first year and then this year 2022 I had to get the cooling system flushed and I had to get the fuel system flushed I have a GID motor which is just direct fuel injection I’m sure you know that already though but if I was at a stoplight or parked it with the vehicle in park if I turned on my heater or my air conditioner in my vehicle would act like it was going to die like the RPMs would go down and then jump back up and
It did this until I had the two maintenance is done now it runs quieter and it doesn’t do that anymore the only thing that I don’t like is I’m losing gas mileage in other words I used to get 440 to a full tank miles I mean now I’m only getting about 390 if I’m lucky they said this is some thing that is going to continue to happen so I try to put in fuel treatment but then I learned that it’s not good to do with a GID motor. So now I am stuck trying to figure out why I am losing gas mileage and it sucks my gas down bad

Sounds like the engine is problematic. The new engines like yours do not hold up like the old ones. As for the lights, this car has had issues with the lights as well. Tail lights burn out more often then normal (no idea why) and the headlights had a bit of issues before I replaced the assemblies. Direct injection is good in ways but bad in many. The valves gum up with carbon and cause loss of power and possible fuel mileage issues. I would recommend trading it in while it is still worth something and getting a Toyota if you want my honest opinion. They just are better built than most modern Kia’s.

It is a 2007 model year and it now has 270k on it. Only major issue is the engine leaks oil around the timing cover and I replace front wheel bearings pretty often. But nothing has left her stranded
