Your painting is even more beautiful than the reference photo!
Awww, thank you, Tracy!
Thank you so much
You show the valet
More easy to me for studing
Water color
I agree thanks for the video!
What do you mean by valet?
I found the video incredibly helpful and a beautiful final product.
I don't know if that's just me, but the background seems more interesting than the foreground. Never the less the painting is pretty cool.
Could be! 😁😁😁
I have done mostly oil and have no formal training and considering trying watercolors. such beautiful medium. thank you.
My pleasure 😊 Watercolor can be a bit frustrating but I believe it’s worth the effort!
Beautiful balance of loose painting and architectural precision. Well done!
Thank you very much, Stella!
So lovely and you make it look so easy. I struggle so much with loose watercolour. I try to start loose but in the process, my brain flips and I just tend to overwork everything. I will keep practicing. Thank you for the inspiration.
You are very welcome, Patty! It doesn't work for me every time either, definitely needs a serious brain adjustment! 😄
Verynice work ksenia!!
Beautiful
You’re a great artist, made simple something that looks complicated. Great job, I’ll definitely try !🙏🏻🥰
Beautiful! More attractive than the reference photo. I appreciate your explanations so much.
So glad you enjoyed it, Lisa!
Brilliant - really helpful! Thank you.
Just wow. ❤ the moment you did the window in the first part, the perspective is just amazing. I hope i can do the same one day and before all my watercolor paper run out. 😂❤
Thank you so much, you are very kind! Best of luck with your art!
Lovely!
Wow, you had no problem with that plant. Hard to tell but I think it might be what we call Lantana. Comes in many colors. Very common in Florida and I think it is native to the Mediterranean. Thanks for a great display and excellent narration! 👍
Thank you so much for the info and I really appreciate your nice comment!
Beautiful work. Thank you for sharing these tips and techniques. By the way the plant on your picture is called "valériane" or "Rose de Mai"in French. In English, I think it is the same : valeriane.
Françoise, thank you so much for your comment and for the name of the flower, it’s good to know!
This turned out so good! Great stuff :)
Thank you so much, Adam!
Awesome work and you are very charming! Congratulations! God bless you!
Thank you so much, Claudio, you are very kind!
I think I understand now why my landscapes look so forced and stiff, I’ve a tendency to want to paint everything I see with the same intensity. This is great, thanks!
I'm so glad you found this helpful! Good luck with your art!
Very nice!
Amazing! Your tutorials are perfect and just what I needed. I feel like I've hit a youtube goldmine
Welcome to the channel, Ana, so glad you are enjoying my videos! :)
Thanks
I find it a challenge to be loose with my watercolour painting as I come from an oil background, this seems so accessible and may I just say, your photography is spot on! Such a talent 😊
Thank you so much, very kind of you! I totally understand, I painted with acrylics for several years, so watercolor was a big adjustment. I still have to get into that mindset to paint loosely, it's a totally different approach from opaque media. Good luck with your art!
Wonderful. Thanks ❤
Love it. Turned out awesome
So glad to hear it, thank you!
Great valuable techniques. Thank you !
Glad it was helpful, Monesha!
Thank you, great demonstration.
Glad it was helpful!
Wow….very nice Ksenia
Very, very nice. like it very much, helpful tipps, thank you again
It's beautiful!
Thank you, Dinesh!
Thank you for demonstrating your painting style. I like that you used color pencils for details too fine for the brushes on hand. I enjoy watercolors and ink or pencils as well.
Glad you enjoyed the video, Roger! Thank you for commenting!
Like your work. Your voiceover gives good tips. I'd say it is moderately loose. Your architectural skills keep all the roofs within proper perspective, always very difficult for me. Thanks.
Thank you for watching and for your comment, Larry! If it's moderately loose, then I still have something to work on! :))))
Beautiful painting. I think the plant on the roof is a Valerium they can grow anywhere
Thank you!!
Hii Artist ksenia
Making a good artwork requires a lot of patience, hard work and time. That is when a beautiful artwork is prepared. Greetings to your artwork. You are different from everyone else. Because you are an artist. Who was born to create beautiful things.🌹
Thank you so much, Bharat!
So beautiful and I love your music selection.
Thank you very much!
Your sky looks more lovely than the one in the photo
I'm so glad you like it, Delith!
Loved your video ! Thanks so much 💌 I have a random fact to put in this commentary section, hope my humor isn't too bad : in France people say GigondaSSSSS and not Gigonda, the S is pronouncable 🤫Means nothing in french but sounds funny in english 🤣
That is funny!! Thank you for watching the video, Raphaelle! :)))
What would you change to make the church the focal point? It is just stunning.
I would give it more contrast between light and shadows and more details.
So beautiful. I try so hard to be loose.
Thank you, Donna! Mine don't always turn out loose, it's a tricky style to capture. :)
Superbe
Merci, Nathalie!
Do you use Prismacolor soft core pencils or regular premier pencils and do you know the difference?
Hi Pam! I checked the box and it says Prismacolor Premier Soft Core set of 36. with a butterfly on the box. I remember looking for the words soft core when I was shopping for them. Firmer ones can be scratchy and sometimes they leave indentations on paper.
May I ask what brand your palette is? Thank you.
Kathie, it’s Martin Mijello Airtight Leak Proof Fusion Watercolor 33-Well Palette. Got it in an art supply store but I know Amazon has it too.
300lb or 300gsm? Beautiful
It’s 300 lb paper
@@KseniaAnnis wow. Expensive.
But good! :))))
@Learn to paint with Ksenia Annis I'll bet. My 140lb is good. One day I'll splurge for 300lb.
Plants are valerians
Thank you, Serge!
