is there any way to keep the aircon on the car? in Europe, it's not really feasible to cancel it at around 35-40 in the summer :))

I had mine taken out as it was no functional. You can get astra/zafira vxr hangers for the rad to push it back and give more clearance for a bigger intercooler. I hope that helps...

What did you do with the AC pump lines

They was capped and pump taken out

Did you only remove the airco condenser? Not the pump?

Just the air con radiator was removed then to make a bit of room to fit intercooler. If you wanna keep that stuff fit the vxr rad supports pushes it back a bit.

Did you notice alot of performance gains with the intercooler as im thinking of getting one for my insignia cdti

I wouldn't recommend putting on a diesel you would lose power diesels dont do well with them
