Hell yeah finally someone has the CHUCK BOX at #1 as it should be. Been eating here since the early 90s and my pops since it open in 72. Rafa is the best cook juan is A legend and Brian is the fn man!!!! Mesquite wood grilled right in front of you never frozen beef or chicken!!!! Consistent for 50years plus. Hands down AZ BEST!!!!
I just found a GREAT burger place in AZ - Montezuma Burger House in Camp Verde. Huge burgers, all $8 - $9! Not fancy, but fresh and good. Ask for extra napkins or just lick your fingers lol Awesome breakfast burritos too
@@lifeinphoenix I've had the regular cheeseburger, the green chili cheeseburger, and the chili size so far. And when they used to have a food truck I used to get their breakfast burritos. Camp Verde is starting to have some good places to eat...finally..lol
@@lifeinphoenix Yeah, you should come up and check out cv. Try these: Astoria International Bistro (owned by a Russian couple who know food) Moscato (Italian. Very good, but pricy) Wingfield Bread Company (have a sandwich, then take home a loaf of sourdough or some pastries.) Crusty's Pizza (not new, been here forever. Ask for their ranch; like grandma used to make)
@@lifeinphoenix The Grand Royale with extra sauce is my go-to !! The bacon 🥓 is killer ! We were in Phx in February for 5 days and hit The Stand twice - Also found my way to Chicago Hamburger Co. on Indian School for the Vienna Beef hot dogs 🌭
@@allevi5158 wonderful I’m going to have to tour the Indian school Chicago hamburger Company. This is great information and that’s what other people said. The grand Royal with extra sauce is the way to go… That was the most popular. Love your feedback. Hope you have an awesome day.
@@lifeinphoenix It's really good. I feel the quality has gone down a little over the last few years but they will cook your burger to order. If you want it rare they will do it for you..
Wish these places were actually good. Tried half these places and what I'm starting to realize is that Arizonians have no taste buds. Originally from Texas and coming from NYC, I'm truly hating Arizona life.
Im from the Midwest and I agree the food scene really sucks here. It’s either chain restaurants or meh upscale overpriced food. If you do find a good place they are few and far between.

Wild Horse West is as good as Chuckbox! They taste the same NW Phoenix!
No mention of the most unique and BEST burger in Phoenix Harveys WineBurger, very ordinary list. Also Harvey's has the best onion rings.
Will use in our 24 update
I drove from Surprise cause i was craving Harvey’s burgers and their onion rings

I’ve actually heard that feedback quite a few times from people who have lived in New York. We only know what we know out here. :-)
