I wonder if some of these people even know that they are scamming. This guy seemed like he was actually confused and didn't really understand. Interesting as always! Keep up the great work.
I'd recommend calling the Denton County Sheriff's Department, that's the county in which the scammer business is located. If there's a Justin PD, that also might be a good way to go, but Sheriff's Department outranks the PD, even inside of the city, so it's usually best to go with the SD, since this is likely going to stretch outside the city (unless they happen to live and work inside the city, too). I believe a county sheriff's department is more likely to act on this type of thing, than the FBI, too. There's a lot more red tape with starting a federal investigation than a local one. Ultimately, it will move up the chain, but it will be the locals who take all the action (arrest/prosecution, etc)...of course it's also more likely that these dirtbags would have paid off local law enforcement, but it's difficult to pay off the FBI, and likely much, much more expensive.
Each&Everything I second Scott's suggestion. These videos are great since you're frustrating and wasting the time of people who screw over so many people... even some of my grand-relatives. :( As entertaining as they are, I'd love much more to see them brought to justice.
The level of misinformation this guy pushes is astounding. I mean they all put up fake notices saying you have a virus, but the fact he included the '40 minute time limit' just shows how desperate these people are to get your details.
That requires configuring, and the End user can't see what scammer is doing so most people would be suspicious of allowing access, there are probably other reasons that the scammers don't use it
I actually had an issue with my Windows 10 upgrade when I got a replacement motherboard and I contacted Microsoft. The support agent actually told me to go to fastsupport.com and they used logmein to remote into my computer! Yes, this was the actual Microsoft!
Frio I've been in contact with Microsoft support several times, they connected several times and each time a file was sent direct from a Microsoft server, they never use fastsupport so I don't know who you were in touch with
Love your videos. I have received now 3 or 4 calls from these same people using (for me) a new approach. They call telling me they owe me money back then proceed as usual - Windows key plus R............to get to my banking info to put money back. I have left it on several of your and other videos I so enjoy just for awareness. Thanks.
System Crash in 40 minutes! Holy shit they're really stepping things up trying to scare people and push them into making an irrational decision to pay these scumbags. You get em Michael!
I love how he lists this as part of the paid service. They will "refresh your IP address"...... Oh so your paying someone to *ipconfig /release renew*...lol
Michael Ellwood I work in the tech industry and I am very good but I fell for a scam to the tune of six hundred dollars. Not a tech scam that I would have seen through but I needed money for a car and applied for loans online and ended up getting scammed. We all have our blind spots and they prey on that by emphasizing fear and magnifying it.
I saw the same. His lady also just posted a selfie... If you keep searching you can find the name and address of another couple there in Justin... The rabbit hole is deep.
Each&Everything awesome! I was just about to say, I'm in Texas as well and would have done what I could to give them hell and report them. That's great if they were arrested and charged. The more scammers that get arrested the less people fall for these scams.
I love it! I just started for my degree in info assurance, cyber security and networking, and seeing this gets me all excited about learning. as bad as it that sounds. I so wish I found you last week, I would have given you a number from a pop up I got.
+each&everything for one of your next ones, use the hosts file to redirect EVERY web address to the fake "THIS COMPUTER WILL SHUTDOWN IN 40 MINS" page!
Ritika Arora also owns Hpc Techs. Specifically, the BBB has received complaints which alleges that Hpc Techs is engaged in practices analogous to a tech support scheme. Complaints suggest the business is using pop-up alerts warning consumers that the consumer's computers have been infected with a virus, and they are directed to call Hpc Techs so that the business may solicit them for computer repair services.
You get one star for every scammer you can piss off! I hope you report all the scammers to the government No Call Registry. I know it may not do any good, but I would do it all the same if I could get good phone numbers and legal company names if they had any.
Sounds very possible that the lady friend is part of it and whoever she works with doesn't care what BS is going on....or is even somehow part of it all...
Not only is it a real house, but they actually own it. They bought it 2 years ago. They're even current with their property tax. The co-owner's 3 siblings live there too, it seems. Crazy how much details are out there if you know how to look.
How much trouble? According to his Facebook he flew back to India on November 2nd... Think he'll be back? Apparently she's still in town though... Posted a selfie 6 hours ago.
I love what you are doing, i love seeing you make them sweat their ass off, turns out these idiots aren't active in just the US, i live in Sweden and they keep calling my girlfriend's private phone using Unknown IDs, with the same indian accent and still speaking english.
I've researched their address. I have their names, workplace, and phone number. I won't post it, but I'm interested in as to who these people are. There were three names that were associated with that location. Two were "international" names and one sounded like an "American" name. Very interesting.
Crazy! I live in Allen, Texas, just north of Plano! It sucks that there are US-based operators running these scams overseas....disgusts me! Justin is north of Dallas and I can tell you, even though Dallas is noteworthy for telecom and IT industries, Justin would not be a town to harbor a large company running 20 legitimate business! My friend lives near Justin, so it might be interesting to see if this address is just a house or not even a vaild address at all...
WTF?!? Did he say a wurus? Or was it warwus? lol... That's got to be the worst mispronunciation of "virus" I've heard yet... That 40 minutes till system crash was pretty awesome too. I needs to get me one of them! XD
Apparently, the SonicWall is still active. I have Amazon investigating the provider's legitimacy. We'll see what happens eventually. Why does a VPN need a delivery fee?
I just called the 888 number and spoke to a guy called Randy and asked him what the deal with the address being a home was, as I was getting ready to "mail" my check. He said that it was the owner's, house after first suggesting it was an office. I said I wasn't mailing a check to a home. He then gave me a random address on the same residential street. I called back and asked him who Dilip Bose was and after a brief pause he said he had no idea. I asked him who the owner of his company was and as typical, the response was "Jordan Smith".
That bloody walrus infecting your computer, those long tusked buggers!
Don't worry, sir,
I will open a notepad for you...
It s dextop not desktop. You need to add dextop as an achievement.
Kam83 🤣🤣🤣
Nathan we invented the language, excuse us if we don't like some yank traitor fucking it up
"SYSTEM CRASH IN 40 MINUTES!"
lols!
If a computer could detect the time until a crash happens it would make IT work so mush easier! xD
Wcanywayz
It would make my windows 10 laptop much more bearable to use as I can tell if the computer is gonna friggin crash every 30minutes
"System crash in 40 minutes!!!" that is an amazing scan, it actually tells you the time left. Revolutionary and game changing scan.
AND using Amazon to validate their "security" lol
Please add the achievement "R as in Romeo"
The guy has a coke problem? Lotta sniffing. IP protection lmao
zigzagbigbag
He might just be ill. Could be why he's taken up such an awful job.
zigzagbigbag
😂 Possibly
nice name xD zigzagbigbag
I ran across a scammer with the same sniffles. Same guy or many more like him?
Allergies?
I love how he googles this "wiurus" and the google result says that it's often used as a scam to con people out of banking info
I wonder if some of these people even know that they are scamming. This guy seemed like he was actually confused and didn't really understand. Interesting as always! Keep up the great work.
ContactingTheDead of course they know!
It really sucks to have a warus on your compure. Glad you found help with your sof ear.
2:31 Proposed new achievement: audible typing while the "scan" (tree or dir /s) is running.
Man, I'd like to have a follow-up on what happens.
And will you be contacting authorities?
Yeah, already reported it to the FBI. Trying to figure out the best way to report it to the authorities in Texas.
Love your profile picture, that's all I wanted to say.
The level of misinformation this guy pushes is astounding.
I mean they all put up fake notices saying you have a virus, but the fact he included the '40 minute time limit' just shows how desperate these people are to get your details.
Lol. System crash in 40 minutes :P
Sounds like he has the Windows Update virus.
Gota love the "Each & Everything" line
wow dude your just uncovered their whole operations
Dewayne Puckett
He's not the only one. There have been so many before him.
Connected to Microsoft helpdesk yet uses a 3rd party login tool, they talk so much shit
Don't they realize that Windows has a built-in remote tool?
That requires configuring, and the End user can't see what scammer is doing so most people would be suspicious of allowing access, there are probably other reasons that the scammers don't use it
tom warner what I mean is if they were legitimately Microsoft they don't need 3rd party tools
I actually had an issue with my Windows 10 upgrade when I got a replacement motherboard and I contacted Microsoft. The support agent actually told me to go to fastsupport.com and they used logmein to remote into my computer! Yes, this was the actual Microsoft!

You are one of the best scam-busters on the internet. Keep the good work up!
Godaddy hosting. You should report to get their website pulled.
Just put the check in your DROPBOX. did nobody else hear that.
Did he say "walrus" instead of "virus". Usually, they sound like they're saying "wireless" but this one was the worst.
I live 8 min from this guy want me to put nails in the street by his house?...lol
If you live that close kick in his door
Can't pronounce the letter V.....picks Victor as his name.....
BRAVO, thank you " each & everything" sir! I called and got a message the number is not accepting calls! I used a fake # of course.
The achievement notifications killed me lol
Remember kids, beware of the dreaded walruses!
You are amazing. Keep up the good work. Looks like they put their house up for sale. And has a D rating with the BBB
Love your videos. I have received now 3 or 4 calls from these same people using (for me) a new approach. +Karen Lewis that's an interesting one! If you could post or email one of the phone numbers I would love to call them.
The production value/ conceptual comedic merit of this is high.
you have 40 min until police arrive...
Make sure you turn this over as evidence. A US address will go a long way.
System Crash in 40 minutes! Holy shit they're really stepping things up trying to scare people and push them into making an irrational decision to pay these scumbags. You get em Michael!
I've NEVER seen this virtual check thing before! They are disgusting scummers!
You're patience (and acting!) is AMAZING!
This dude is in Justin Texas?? I should pay him a visit
Edit: He's 20 miles away from me I might actually do this
I love how he lists this as part of the paid service. They will "refresh your IP address"......
Oh so your paying someone to *ipconfig /release renew*...lol
Jay B Amazing service 10/10 would definitely recommend 👌🏻😂
Yea right, the fuckers got me for five hundred dollars, simply because I am a fucking idiot.!!!
I get paid to do that from time to time lmao
OH NO!! You have a "Walrus"??? Those are terrible to get on your computer.
*slow claps* 🙌 🙌 🙌
Standing ovation...!!!!
I live in Plano Texas. Is there anything I can do? Can you give me the name/address of the company that woman works for?
My understanding from a source in the area is that the owner has already been arrested :)
The more scammers that get arrested the less people fall for these scams.
what's her name?
Plano is a big city lol. Would've never imagined this scumbag would be so close to where I live. Frisco Area.
this guy was in-depth lmao. but that yellow high liter was irritating me.
great work man. we need more people like you. I'm sick of these fucks calling my damn phone
Love it. Good job dude! I usually just put them on hold.
This way it is using their own 'malware' against themselves. :D
I love the achievements! How did you make that?
GrAvicii W probably in post production thats my guess
"Watch me like a tee wee show" is my next pick up line.
I can't believe you had that many Walruses!
The achievement unlocks make this so much more entertaining than it already is! Hahaha!
That VapIt Services website is so full of grammatical errors it's a dead giveaway.
He just used the whole list of...host ip addresses to imitate hacking...
But don't you see the foreign IPs?!
Politely disarm your opponent, live to see another day. Tomorrow is different. Are you?

NEW ACHIEVEMENTS
1.Wirus
2.Notepad
3.Microsoft Certified Technician
4.Phones
5.Best Security
Good Job Tracing them down!!!
Sounds very possible that the lady friend is part of it and whoever she works with doesn't care what BS is going on....or is even somehow part of it all...
I love these! Keep us updated!
Scammer says the info the check will not be visible to him but he knows which parts are missing.
Atleast he was telling you the truth i hope he was any way
i live very near to Plano and Justin texas. would be very interested to know what company it was.
Escutcheon Technologies, LLC
Come onnnn @Each&Everything! Why are you censoring this!? You *must* expose these fuckers, it's probably the only language they understand!
his address is probably fake too. He's probably just making it look like he lives in the US.
Nope, BIG updates coming soon from law enforcement in TX and NJ. These guys are really living in the US, and they're REALLY in trouble.
Not only is it a real house, but they actually own it. They bought it 2 years ago. They're even current with their property tax. The co-owner's 3 siblings live there too, it seems. Crazy how much details are out there if you know how to look.

Each&Everything any updates tho
I fuck with that desktop wallpaper, its the same background i put on every computer i log into at school lmaooo
As of today, 07 January 2017, they're still in business - unbelievable.
I live in the Dallas area. I would LOVE to pay them a visit for you.
Denton here, that could be fun!
I've researched their address. I have their names, workplace, and phone number. I won't post it, but I'm interested in as to who these people are. How many times did he say "Security" he said it 3 times when I was typing this!
"I need to remove all the hackers from your computer" if you remove all the hackers then how are you going to fix the computer?
There's got to be a way to send them a few Trojans.
Vindows key MUST be an achievement
9:36 softwares ? 9:49 refresh IP ? Recover drivers? Securities ? 12:08 Lifetime all textbook
LOL need to make the "tech asking how is your day" an achieve haha lol
You know, a diligent citizen would probably send this information to the Justin, TX local media.
or label the location as a TSS artist.
that's what I thought, or the police
This guy starts to turn into a mexican dude rather than a fake Indian tech supporter.
lol 127.0.0.1 these are the people hacking your computer
WTF?!? Did he say a wurus? Or was it warwus? lol... That's got to be the worst mispronunciation of "virus" I've heard yet... That 40 minutes till system crash was pretty awesome too. I needs to get me one of them! XD
Going to check that address. Will update.
Played this guy like a fool.
Call from a Delhi phone number, and insist you are in Washington DC.
Lol
Microsoft and SonicWall are you listening? Bring those scammers down for false advertising!
This is a secure site. i won't even be able to see it. A few moments latter. Be sure to fill out the check number and I'll fill out this info.
Apparently, the SonicWall is still active. I have Amazon investigating the provider's legitimacy. We'll see what happens eventually. Why does a VPN need a delivery fee?

Thank you for what you do!
How about informing the police before making any contact with the owners and take them by suprise?
You think he didn't do that before uploading this video? There was an arrest made according to the OP.
NOT THE WURRESSES!!!!!
Very nice, keep on doing this to them!
These hackers details should not be censored.
Now they're known as HPC techs LLC at that same address 😡
And "ToNewDigital"
Now VAP IT Services
Two more achievements you need to add to the tally, “thanks for asking” and Indian accent with Western name.
There should be a counter of how many times the scammer says each and everything
It's possible they're stolen identities. I hope you made an FBI report then they can be monitored for when someone decides to touch the money.
They have gotten innovative with their tactics lol
Using Amazon to validate their "security" lol
'It's more than a walrus.'
It's a seal.
With vampire fangs.
"It's more than a walrus" lmao
Your computer appears to have a walrus.
Really, Bing?
