One thing I hate about Tough As Nails is that even if you have full hunger and thirst, you always regenerate so slow. I get it but I just wish there was a way to change this to the rapid healing
He mentioned it at the beginning, he uses the Chocapic Extreme Although other shaders that have very beautiful skies are the Lux Shaders, BSL and Complementary Reimaged If you just want the skies, you could use the Dramatic Sky resource pack
