Hey a small suggestion can you categorize the mods into different sections like at beginning show mods that are present on both forge and fabric, then mods present on fabric and then forge.

Instead of the Enhanced Movement mod I would have suggested the ParCool! Mod. It comes with awesome animations and is less overpowered (: Can't play without it anymore.
only thing about immersive weathering is it's configurability. Some features cannot be turned off and on without disabling whole functions of the mod. Specifically Ice melting in day. Breaks some biomes.

HT's Treechop is very good. It's by far my favorite tree chopping mod. It's never bugged out on me, and it feels more polished than vanilla. Only issue, is that if you have modded trees that are really really huge, you can sometimes cut them down faster than I think you should be able to, however this is only a nit pick. It doesn't make the game too easy, it takes roughly the same amount of time to cut down trees as vanilla, it's just less tedious and more immersive.
Only issue that i find with this mod is, instead lf total blocks a tree has, it should be the realistic and should count the adjoining parts like a 2x2 tree should take more chops cuz its wider
If I have Choicetherums overhauled villages, towns and towers, AND better villages will there be varients of all or will they completely blocked one another out?
