Nice place for a paddle, the sea lions do not apear to be shy at all by the way they look up and out of the water.
what gloves are you wearing?
You seem to be doing the "loading of the baseball arm" (pre tension) for increased momentum as explained by Manke before your rolls, do you also do the tension on a "half" roll? as in if capsized and first need to do the setup then roll.

Those gloves are just thin MEC but I also use Level 6 and Cressi depending on how cold it is. For rolling, yes, I always "load and drive" even if I am setting up upside down. I've done lots of rolling with James :-) Thanks for watching.

No with a drysuit it's all good. It's like skiing or snow boarding; as long as you wear the right gear you're comfortable.
