Great advice! I sold a house by myself once where I only paid buyer’s agent fee. That money I saved on listing agent’s fee gave me the down payment to buy my next house. I will only add on your last point that I’ve always streamlined my houses for showings, including moving most of my personal effects into storage space. When I’m ready to sell, moving is inevitable. So “pre-moving” into a storage space is money well spent, allowing me to best stage the house and remove valuables. I love Virginia Beach!
pre-moving is money absolutely well spent. We did the same thing with PODS, although they dropped our pod and broke half our furniture. But it allowed us to move quickly, and then re settle the new home on our timeline.
@@TulipWife any liens are addressed at closing. In 99.9% of cases the house can be purchased and the proceeds used to pay off liens. The sale can still be as fast and easy as a free and clear sale
They devalue the house first...how can a house value 245. 3 yrs ago now value 160 even though it's still in the same condition.....with housing prices went up these people need to be straightforward and stop wasting people's time
What can I do if I live in Michigan to find investors ? Also what are your thoughts on sale-leaseback if I wanted to go that route and recover some of the equity that’s in the home . Thank you
@@StevoKeyz to find local investors its usually easiest to go on zillow and look for the nicest houses for sale and recently sold. Then look at the house sale history to see when it last sold. If it sold within a few months to a year ago, then the current seller is likely an investor. As far as the leaseback for equity, im not sure i understand your question
