The two players with the quickest release on their jump shots I've ever seen is Stephen Curry and Jerry West, Mr. Clutch. Jerry led the NBA in assists the year the Lakers won the title which showed what a great all-around player he was but he also averaged 43 a game in a playoff series...one of the greatest players of all-time.

Due to Jerry West's heroics and my age at the time, Magic Johnson is only my second favorite all-time LA Laker.
