Cobra 'Strike' - all day long, all the time, amongst all the monopods shown. It is by far the FASTEST of all the iFootage monopods (or any other monopod for that matter) to extend or retract. No twisting of several locks, no unlatching/latching of several latches, just twist to unlock or lock and extend or retract. No fuss, no muss, just fluid fast to get to the right height you want quickly and easily. Along with the Komodo fluid head, an ideal photographer or videographers stability and flexibility platform for those that want or need that EPIC photo or video before the opportunity slips by.
Since I make most of my videos in a blacksmith shop I worry about hot sparks with the carbon fiber units. So I choose the A180 and love it. I find I am using it more and more for situations I would have used a tripod for in the past. But the c120 does sound great fro travel. I also like my Gazelle uprise tripod so much, I ordered a second one.
Great video, really informative. But I miss the part with the real dimensions. Can you tell me what’s the length of the monopod stick of the A120 and A150 without head and feet? Even official specs are not very clear about it. I’m looking for a travel monopod, so it has to fit in (or on the outside of) my backback, the feet and head I can put separate in my backpack. I’m in doubt between C120/C150... Thanks!
Hello, there's are two models shown in this video; our carbon fiber COBRA 2 C180-II and our aluminium COBRA 2 STRIKE A150S II. Hope this helps! Thanks.
@@iFootageInternational It would be great to see larger legs for more stability (maybe as an option) and more strong additional fixation with a central locking, like Sirui SUP204SR, for example.

Yes, it would be handy to know the pack down sizes.
nice video! For the C150, what is the folded height without the hi-hat? Trying to gauge if it will feed into my camera bag before buying.
Hello,
What is the mini tripod footprint in its largest position?
Thanks

Are the legs all the same for different models?
Hi Glenn, yes the mini tripod is the same for all of our monopods
