@@readytogetupdate 😇 Mam but I would like to tell you I am 31 yrs old I did my MMS in 2017 after get job offer I couldnt go for job as my mom was diagnosed by alzeeimer memory loss disorder and no one was there to take care of her and I declined the job offer and was at home to take care of her and my dad is also a Dialysis patient kidney patient my mom expired last year due to this Alzheimer and I went into depression and few months back I came out of this prepared myself from scratch for job and brushed my skills very hard but I am not getting any positive response or success though I posses decent communication skills and also technical skills but when I am applying for HR job as I have done my MMS in HR not getting shortlisted why I don't know because of my age or a gap but gap I took as It was needed no choice for me and I am proud of that I am continually applying for HR trainee or intern HR assistant job but not getting success what should I do mam not understanding anything what I have seen and how gone through cannot express in words hiring recruiter or company don't see my talent they only see my gap and age mam pls guide me on this extremely sorry I have wrote whatever I felt so it's a long message mam pls pls pls it's a request to you see and reply mam ASAP Thanku

Many companies hire people more in age for responsible positions. 2) Gap - Nowadays, gap is very normal in jobs. People quit jobs to start their own venture & then again switch to jobs when things didn't turn well. 3) Health Issues - Health problems (of parents) could be explained face to face to the interviewer. All the above things are not a problem or a hurdle for getting jobs. Now, let's discuss main thing on how to get job : 1) Explore jobs - Check JD's well means roles & responsiblities. 2) Upgrade skills - communication, IT, email writing etc. 3) Recruitment - If you are willing to go for a Recruiter profile then try consultancy jobs. 4) Freelancing - Meanwhile, freelancing jobs can be explored. It will help you to enter HR profile. 5) Internship - Last, I'm really sorry. Not aware of your financial condition but if you are not getting good options then internship could be opted for 6months or so. Tried helping out. May be i skipped something. Keep asking. After internship you can apply to multiple companies.
Now here, if no specific training is been given then try to learn yourself by doing these things :
1) Improve communication skills.
2) Improve cold calling on daily basis.
3) Learn the eligibility criteria for specific profiles.
4) Learn how to use MS Office in better way. (means advance formula and reports.
5) Learn postings in Job portals.
