I think the problem with having multiple projectiles and only hitting once is more of a visual thing, lets say it was a thin wave that was like 2 degrees and went up +2degress each time it would visually make more sense. but when you're throwing 9 daggers and 8 of them hit the guy, it should be 8x damage like you said.
The phantom knives not hitting the same target is really what makes it so much worse than the highest hitting spells, if they make the extra projectiles pierce through the target they cant hit or make them all hit it the spell will be one of the top spells but until then its pretty mediocre for how hard it is to use
@@BrokensPlayz no, because all we're doing is allowing it to phase through mobs that cant be hit by it so it cant actually hit multiple mobs with 1 blade
@@danielharkins1629 Oh true I see what u mean. So it isnt really piercing but bullets arent destroyed if it doesnt deal damage to the enemy. THereis not a word for that so piercing is a good idea behind the concept

Yeah as soon as more than 1 projectile hits an enemy it should count as hitting that enemy not just poof into thin air

They could make it shotgun, and just stat that only the first knife does 100% dmg, qnd the others 25%
@dreamforger7166 if it shotguns they can even make each blade deal %of max damage or something
U picked up delayed fate at lvl 19 but I think rerolling a relic does the same thing as a skill lvl so u killed it when u rerolled the relic.
@drakduck7 as long as you have a reroll it stays active. You just don't get the +1 for that level up.
