    I am so sorry for the people that haven't discovered Caroline yet. She is AMAZIIIING. She is a HARD WORKING person. She even put the blue line first on the thumbnail as it is upper body today.... I can't believe how creative you are every time... I have no words for you. Having the opportunity to incorporate these workouts to your routine for free is life changer.💪❤

    Thanks Caroline for bringing us uninterrupted, AD free content with simple yet challenging exercises. I love the fact that the videos are silent and you don't chat through it all, rather you just to the reps for us and with us. In fact, your smiles and warmth are encouraging enough and make me stick through the work out from start to finish. I don't like the chatty, shouty PT/ fitness trainers type. I love the countdown timer feature, and even more the preview of the exercise that appears in the top right corner. So grateful for this as I have something to look forward to after work and can end my day on a positive note. I even cancelled my gym subscription and SWEAT fitness app. This is so much better than anything and any home work out I ever tried before.

      Even though I do highlight key cues at the beginning during the talking and tips during the workout, yes I don’t speak as I prefer to actually perform the workout the best I can to help show that when lifting weights, focus is so important for safety of course but also to lift with intent means you get more out of each rep so I’m always thinking about the reps as I lift & lower… plus I definitely couldn’t talk very good during HIIT!😆 that would be quite funny as I can hardly talk!
      So thrilled you are loving your training Leila! And once again, thank you for writing and taking time from your day cx

      I really love the minute on and 30 seconds rest too. It really helps me to concentrate on form. Also, for this one, I liked that the flys and rows were single sided. :)

    The simplicity and effectiveness of such workouts is what really makes that difference in both definition in the muscles and also no bs in the mind of the one who's training..no crazy choreography just smooth strong pushing and sailing thru..
    My fav of the epic series so far.
    Not many programs will give u this type of layout..
    So grateful for you Caroline ❤💙💜

    Hi Caroline...hi everyone...all finished and another great workout! The finisher was actually not so bad...I got through the reps OK to see that Caroline hadn’t quite finished...so joined her for the last few and did 120 in the end! My upper body feels so well worked now! Thank you, Caroline! Matthew

      Morning Matthew you are late this morning 😂😂 yes was it a fantastic basic session with a lot of fun and challenge 😜 I finished before Caroline too but the pain was real. Went on to do an extra 5 with Caroline as I was too busy rubbing my arms😂😂went on to do add on which was weighed abs and my arms were shaking after the other session. Another day ticked off. Well done Matthew 👏👏

      Hi Matthew, your workout sounds great! You gained so much strength! I was so excited to smash yesterday evening the first workout and I even went from 5kgs to 8kgs dumbells and I did all the 100 reps at the end! I'm so proud, we all can be so proud!     Hello everyone!!! I just want to tell you that my body has changed dramatically with these workouts. I don't have visible abs, but I am way more muscular on my lower body and my arms, back and shoulders are so big. My back is bigger than my boyfriend's 😅😅😅😅. I love you Caroline!!!     She did those frontal raises so fast, when her 50 reps came on screen I was on rep 22!😅 I was still doing them when the video ended but hey I did a 100!🤣 slowly but surely

    Day 2 done! Only 48 more workouts to go xD But honestly, I like the fact that I'm able to do this challenge one day at a time, with everyone else. I know there will be days when i feel like absolute shit but hopefully we power through this final one!

    Soo great to be back on the epic program after months of being ill...I've smiled through both of the first 2 days ..didn't know if I would manage 45 minutes but I'm determined as always....love this community love CG workouts..they are the best..legs training yesterday slow and controlled and suited my knees...the finisher was great and got the quads working..upper body today was again very well executed with slow and controlled movements, I used 3 sets of weights and a 16kg kettlebell for the landmines...great to be back this 10 weeks is for my health and mindset...😘😘

    I'm soooooo excited with this endgame series. When I read all the content that Caroline thought about, I was near tears!! It's everything I was hoping for: shorter duration yet intense workouts, ab work, and bringing back all of our EPIC moves together in this endgame will be so fun. I hope we also bring on our calf work which often incorporates balance. I am addicted to the CG Method: it compares to none.

    Simple wow in terms of creativity and content ! Have been doing CG workouts for over an year now .. had a 5 mnths break as got serious Covid ; but thnx to Caroline workouts that I got back quickly to the regime ... started with epic 1 - Heat - , then got Covid - restarted with beginner - calisthenics - beast mode - no repeat -- now Doing Endgame - hope to keep up with it daily !!     Thank you Caroline! I've always been in fairly good shape just due to genetics with not much effort, but as I am rapidly approaching 50 just wasn't feeling energized. I've always dreaded arm workouts, but thanks to you I love them now! I look better at 49 than I ever have.     Tough, but fun! I really am enjoying the 60/30 format. I went up in weight today with my chest presses 👊🏻! I haven't increased weight since Epic Heat. It's time!😆 My goal for Endgame is to increase most, if not all my weights! Shoulders may be the last to increase tho haha. Those are still burn out on a regular basis🤭. Loved all the variations today as we worked our way through the whole upper body. That finisher was intense!! 🔥 🔥 🔥!! When I hit 50 reps, I was glad I went with the lighter weight choice from the start..it definitely didn't feel light by that point!! These 100 rep finishers day after day are going to help us prove to ourselves that we are capable of almost anything. We will learn to not underestimate our abilities. Love it!😍 Thanks Caroline!     Day 2 of EPIC Endgame Done! What an arm day workout! Totally felt it! My favourites chest presses and landmine rows! Definitely feel like I am getting stronger. I really pushed myself to complete this finisher and I was also closing my eyes whilst counting! Thank you Caroline

    Thank you, Caroline! I have been a runner for twenty years, and due to having slight scoliosis as I have gotten older running has become painful. I started your workouts last summer and they have helped me tremendously build up my muscles as well as my muscle imbalances. I no longer pay for gym memberships!

      Morning, Matthew... I agree, planning of these workouts is always superb! I am always amazed by Caroline's creativity and knowledge. It was a hard upper body session, the second round it burns😅 For me, again the toughest - 100 reps. I completed the 100 frontal raises in Caroline's pace and that 6kg dumbbell felt like holding 25 kg at the end. Loved it! For the add-on sweet and short dumbbell abs. Epic endgame started fantastic and I am thrilled to see what Caroline has in store for us!

    Had a c-section three months ago and finally feel like my core is healed and strong enough to do some training with weights again (oh boy I need it, cause that baby is getting heavy). I used to do lots of HIIT before the pregnancy and felt like something more focused and slow would get me on track better now that I need to really feel my way forward when I use my body. Found this channel and felt a bit intimidated by it's epicness :D, but suddenly I've done swell doing the first two in this program with the dumbbell weights that fit for me. Really happy I found this and feeling hopeful!

    Amazing! I love Day 2. I had to laugh and smile at my variety of dumbbells brought out for this one. From 10lb up to 30lb and a few in between. The 30 is the newest addition - a Christmas present. I love seeing the upper body strength improvements when this is typically an area where I’ve struggled. Hope you all feel amazing afterward.       Wow Sarah! Such amazing arm strength! I am a man, I have always been very weak and unconfident and really struggle very much. My mom told that these lessons will help me build a very thick strong arms and great confidence! I did this lesson with my mom. It was really hard for me. I could use only 1 lb dumbbells throughout and my arms just gave up :( Is it very weak? My mom used various from 20s to 40s,

    Day 2 done ✔️ I used lighter weights “of course” - 8kg each and then 4kg each for triceps and for the finisher :) Feels great 😊 Enjoy the burn everyone 🔥

      I also gonna use lighter weights, first because I can not afford to buy heavier ones ( they are super expensive here in Portugal ) and 2nd I think I am happy if I can manage with lighter weights :)

    I twinged my lower back on end game day 1. So this is my first actual end game workout. I had to use a bench for all the bent over excercises and I used lighter weights than I usually use. It was a nice workout to ease back into lifting. Thanks Caroline!

    Yesterday's 100 Squats were so much fun !! Loved it.. let's see what happens today lol .. also your body looks so beautiful toned everyday 🤧🥺
    Edit: did it !!! I felt like my muscles literally ripped off 😫 But the frontal raise was so much fun .. 😌 used 10kgs for the compound movements and used 5kgs for everything else

    Classic upper body! Loved it.
    Used 15 and 5 kgs!
    Loved the staple diagonal raise and the finisher! Amazing how such a relatively small weight can burn burn burn so much with repitition!
    Added the circuit upper body from last month and I am done for the day!
    Self observations: 5 kgs are becoming such a light weight for the diagonals, I recall raises being quite tough.
    Pushups are now deeper , better quality, slight more in number per units of time!

    Managed to do all 100 reps today just outside the time, but couldn’t lift my arms for the stretch after 😆
    Off for a run now to see if my legs can still work after yesterdays leg day 🏃🏻‍♀️

    Day 2 complete! It was Fire as expected. Of course it was challenging to complete the 100x reps at the end but I paused the video and went at my pace. And I'm still feeling my legs growing and lengthening from yesterday.

    Been a few weeks since we hit the chest so hard but this was well worth the wait. I love alternating presses as they are just so effective and target the core a little while you maintain stability. Today I used 20kg DBs for the Chest and Back work and 10kg DBs for the Shoulder and Arm section. Those 10s started to get very heavy on the second shoulder press. Loved the little duo set on the Biceps going from the Curl to the Hammer. These 1 minute finshers are great especially as you are really fatiqued. Again the 10kg DB felt like I had picked up the wrong one.... Went slow and steady with my first pitstop at 60 then two sets of 20 and that was Day Two completed 😀. Thank you Caroline 😊 I hope everyone had a blast and see you tomorrow 👊

    I love Caroline and can't believe she offers all of this free of charge! I do have to say though I am not enjoying the timing on this series, I much prefer the 40 seconds on 20 off of the prior programs, I feel it lends itself to being able to lift heavier than the longer 60 on 30 off of this one.

    This is probably my favourite upper body day I've ever done loved it so much. The way it's been put together is just perfect and I really enjoyed the finisher. I did the pyramid series before this and I think it got me in the best place mentally. I'm really concentrated on good quality reps and slowing it down to get the most from each exercise. Well done caroline girvan this was perfect.
