    I didn’t really feel like doing HIIT today but seeing it being a KICKBOXING HIIT i absolutely had to. Thank you Caroline for keeping this program so engaging and entertaining. Day 25 done ✅

    That was a complete blast!! So much fun! Thank you!!!! Great music too! Took me back to my old kickboxing classes where a certain awesome instructor would always shout out “drive from those hips”, “keep your hands up”, “HARDER, FASTER!!” This is my favourite HIIT yet…although I do have lots of favourites! My “enemy” today was Old Man Winter! And then I did the add-on where Caroline is wearing those pretty Spring colours. I see lots of people loved this style of HIIT too. Thank you again!

    I think this is the best workout ever. This time you overcame yourself, and made The Workout, Caroline. I had a lot of fun. While I was doing it, I looked at the timer and thought: "nooo, don't finish yet please!". And at the end I felt strong and powerful. Caroline, you are simply the best trainer in the world.       At the end before we transition to the EPIC finisher (after we did mountain climbers) that epic song came on & Caroline sloowly got up like she was from an epic movie scene😆 absolute BOSS💅

      Hi Peach...actually kickboxing isn’t my favourite type of exercises...but I still enjoyed this as there was so much variety! I enjoyed the moves with squats, lunges and sprawls and the high knees and mountain climbers! And I just loved the little sit up sequence and abs add on!     First Sunday HIIT routine whereby I finished with a smile and feeling of accomplishment. Most HIIT routines leave me quite the opposite. Loved this, definitely in my element. Cheers!

    As a triple cancer survivor I don't easily do Hiit training. It's too hard for me, as my muscles fatigue quickly when doing things fast. . I normaly go for a long distance run in the gym on Sunday evening.
    But this....Wow....I love Combat cardio. It put my body to its limits, but I will do this again for sure. Now a well deserved rest & hopefully a run (even if it's short distance) in the evening.
    Awesome trainer you are, Caroline. 🤗💪❤💪🤗 You really knocked me out. 😜

    I do boxing & kickboxing regularly my absolute favorite kind of workouts. When I discovered you on TH-cam I switch up my routine to incorporate your workouts in my schedule. I've worked out with quite a few trainers and people always have "suggestions" about what they want to do. Long story short I've seen alot of trainers change for their followers and lose themselves. I love you, your style, workout format, the flavor you bring to a workout. You are truly amazing in every way. My only suggestion to you is please don't stop sharing your ideas and talent with us 🧡.

I can't stop saying how well thought, planned, effective, fun and challenging Caroline's programs are. Complete workouts that can bring you to your limits (as it should be😉), topped with that honest, amazing smile and all that positive energy that I believe that we all receive (I could never believe that it would be possible to transmit so much positive energy through a Phone or a tv set...) !!!     💯% Pure fun👊🏻!!! Oh my gosh I absolutely LOVED this❤!! I've been wishing for a kickboxing cardio for quite some time!! I always love when we get to do all the kicks and punches. This one did not disappoint Caroline!! I felt like a kid again and loved every second of it!! The staple was perfect! And enjoyed every combination throughout. I really focused on my abs working throughout and could feel them with every rotation. The finisher was a great finale. This is definitely a favorite we will be repeating again (and again😆)!! Thanks so much for always asking for and listening to our feedback Caroline. What a way to wrap up week 5! Officially halfway🥳!! Still having fun and can't wait to see what week 6 brings!😁 see you all tomorrow!

    Awesome work out,who has also noticed that when we work out our leg twice in a week ,the cardio workout comes upper body focused and vise versa. Amazing Caroline

      Hi Matthew, it was fun alright, my kid had also a lot of fun seeing his ninja kicking mum, he made me laugh all the time, so the session was kind of sabotaged…😈 Good cardio though😆 I would also say that may fav are the lunges, squats& co👍 Have a lovely Sunday!!

A horrible morning here in Ireland so think I will run on threadmill today even though I did over 8km walking yesterday morning while my son was training. Will switch on telly and run on threadmill I think. See you in the morning for serious work😂😂

    OMG!!! That was my first time right there 🤣 I never had a Kickboxing session in my life 🙃 till now and I absolutely have no words ... I have no clue how it makes me feel...so confused but it was FUN🎉 never less !!! Thank U C!!       Morning Tony...isn’t it amazing that we’ve already reached the half way point! Something different today! I especially enjoyed the exercises including lunges, squats and sprawls!     OMG Caroline!!!!! I L.O.V.E. this workout!!!! I love HIIT, kickboxing and YOU for putting together this energizing, core-engaging workout! Feel free to incorporate more of these workouts into cardio days ;) In the meantime, this is being saved to my "watch later" list, because I will for sure do this one over and over.     I think this is the most fun HIIT I had ever done, with different varieties, movements, and new themes to HIIT I'm not really a high-intensity type of girl but this is a video that I could come back to time and time again!

    This is a sweaty session 😅 but I really enjoy it. Something different from the usual HIIT style. I love kickboxing and this combat HIIT is a great change. The 30 minutes flew by so fast. Lots of jabs, crosses, and kicks. It's such a great way to release my stress. Already halfway through and we finish week 5 strong. Well done to everybody who have come this far, we only have 5 weeks left. Whoop whoop! 🙌🙌

    Awesome! I took boxing lessons for two years and it's a great workout! Punching a bag gave me some very toned arms. I think I'll add light weights (3 to 5 lbs) for a little more resistance. Thank you, Caroline!! 😊
