Hi, I’m looking to change the clutch plates on my 2011 suzuki dr200se. Do you have any recommendations from where I can get the ones that would be a perfect fit for my bike? Thanks😊
Hey Jake! Thanks a lot for the video, it was vert useful for me. I have a question I was hoping you could help me with, since there are not a lot of video’s on yt about this bike. I took my engine out a little while ago and when I put then engine back on the bike, the clutch lever wouldn’t return. There’s no tention whatsoever and it just hangs lose. Normally there is a spring that makes sure the lever returns when you let go of it but I just couldn’t seem to find one. Is there any chance you know how this is done on your bike? I just can’t figure it out so it would be a true life saver. Thank you in advance!!
Hey yes if you look up toward the headlight assembly/ front fork there is a little rubber boot covering up another clutch adjustment tumbler if you can’t find it look up dr 200 clutch cable adjustment and if that’s not it I would take the side cover off and inspect the clutch but more then likely it’s that cable adjustment. There really shouldn’t be a spring on this bike at least all it should be is cable adjustment
Hi. Did that EBC kit come with metal plates included or just fibre clutch pads? Do you think it's recommended to get a whole kit and replace everything or can you get away with replacing just the pads only? Thanks.

Thanks for the video. Did you have to replace the seal for the clutch cover case or is it generally reusable?
And did you use the gasket case or replace it
