I don't understand how you get time to do these uploads while traveling in a foreign country. I used to edit videos too, and I know how much pain in ass it is to properly do it. Minimum I spend like 45 mins to edit a 20 min video! Sometimes I just edit the bad pieces and call it a day. I add audio to it a week later. Hats off to your dedication man.
Your vlogs are really next level for a beginner ! Love watching it ! Yup you're right our spice is different. Even if we don't add any chillies still it'd be spice cuz of the spices. Indian Spicy = Masala spicy, Korean spicy = Chilli spicy.
He's witnessed less than 1% of Indian cuisine in this video though. North Eastern India is known for the spiciest food in the country and it's rightly so. They don't rely on masala for the spice. It's straight up chillies, ranging from normal chillies all the way to ghost peppers.

While I the north Indian cuisine is not spicy at all, it's more on the creamier side which makes it less spicy. South cuisine is definitely more spicier than North cuisine. Ofcourse, North-eastern cuisine tops in spice level.
As someone from northeast india, I can relate to your reaction when you eat things with too much masala. Masala tastes good but the AMOUNT of masala they add in every dish is on the NEXT LEVEL to me.

@Sameep Sabarwal tbh Delhi is the best place to try and eat...becuz Delhi is a place where many cultures are followed....Ppl who live in Delhi came from different parts of India and settled in Delhi... everyone has it's own culture and language....So they all shared their cultures wid everyone and you can find almost everything in Delhi. Also Delhi is specially known for it's street food 😀

Its important to note that Korean taste budes are completely different from the Indian buds.. so there will be a conflict except for sweetish eatables.. mainy almost all the countries cant tolerate a lot of spices and spicy... if you are eating pani puri here some my tips for you, 1.Ask the uncle to give you pani puri with sweet sauce which would be better if you say ' meethi chatni ke saath' it's just hindi meaning of with sweet sauce, actually I also love pani puri but sometimes it's so spicy 2. You can also eat sweet pani puri for which you can ask like ' meethi wali pani puri dedo' they will basically put some sweet sauce,ofcourse chick peas and potato,and some other toppings it tastes so good and also not too spicy So yeah, hope it helps 💜 I really took a break from my food to write this😄😄

if you are eating pani puri here some my tips for you,
1.Ask the uncle to give you pani puri with sweet sauce which would be better if you say ' meethi chatni ke saath' it's just hindi meaning of with sweet sauce, actually I also love pani puri but sometimes it's so spicy
2. You can also eat sweet pani puri for which you can ask like ' meethi wali pani puri dedo' they will basically put some sweet sauce,ofcourse chick peas and potato,and some other toppings it tastes so good and also not too spicy
So yeah, hope it helps 💜
