As an Afghan, i have eaten and tasted 25 countries food but nothing in the world can beat indian and Pakistani food. There is something in desi food and once u eat it and u want to eat it again. The spices , herbs, smells and the tadka on specific food takes u just in another world. Desi food is so damn damn good and tasty.

@Vipin Kumar I have grown up in California my whole life. My family is very white/Caucasian. My family says I was born in the wrong family as a joke because of how I cook. They don't do spicy, I do. They cook very generic "white" food, I cook everything. Ive eten balut, dale grubs, meal worms, to be adventurous. It has been a dream of mine to travel the world and just try food from everywhere. Since I can't do that, I bring the world to my kitchen. My absolute FAVORITE food to make though is Indian food. I can't get enough of the spices/flavors. Today I made a simple daal with basmati rice just so I could get those flavors. My favorite would be butter chicken or chicken mandi. After seeing a video of this indian woman eating with her hands I became obsessed with Indian food and learning etiquette. I typically do that with any food I'm learning about. When I was learning how to make different Japanese dishes, I also learned proper chop stick and table etiquette pertaining to that culture. I love learning the history behind food, mannerisms of different cultures...just everything. It's all so beautiful to me. I am frustrated with American culture towards food. I'm in love with the family style of sharing food that I've seen in Asian, Indian, and African cultures. I wish my husban loved the flavors like i do. Its a dream of mine to sit down at a tabke with my kids and husband and us all eat off 1 plate with each other. That will be my next food venture - learning how to make African food like from Ghana. My other favorite food is Ethiopian food. The tang of the injera with the flavors of the meats and lentils!

@Vipin Kumar hi Vipin, i dont know if the comment was a reply to my comment or no but i have to agree with u about taste develop.
There is ofcourse some food that do3snt taste at all bit i do respect it. It was only opinion as i have tasted so many foods and we Afghans also dont use so much of spices. My taste hasnt developed to Desi food bec we Afghans are more used to mild or no sprices food but i still say that Pakistani food is king of food and indian is the prince, heheh. It isnt just about spice or taste but they can have 100 types of food while most cultures have either 5 or 10. There can be 15 to 20 types of ways of biryanis to be cooked and all will taste amazing and so different. There is something magic with desi food. I love exploring but Pakistani and Indian food taste like bomb.
      Respect ur opinion as well.
      Many thanks

(2 hand eating mostly for kids or who don't know how to eat Indian food properly (foreigners))
    Indian eating rules
    1. wash hand before eating
    2. eat with only 1 hand
    3. don't touch anything except food while eating. ( no phone no TV)😀
    4. eat slowly and chew properly 32times.
    5. after finishing food wash hand again.

How thoughtful of you to introduce Indian food to your Italian parents. When you do visit India have a wonderful time as it will surely change your view and add worldly experience to your lives.

I have visited melbourne swadesh. Foof is really good.
Marchello's reactions were more openhearted. I watched your videos for Guilia's ringing happy voice, presence and her 'mmm...' She is always so natural, not acting (although she had acting classes).
Great going going guys. More power to you both.

I’m from TamilNadu, but i would recommend you people to try the Malabar and the Konkan Coast for a food tour just for the sheer complexity in the variety of flavors.

Hey sweety, INDIA is a very diverse country. One cannot label a dish or some items as INDIAN food. Each INDIAN regions has their own food dishes. EWNS each region has their own authentic food. If You want to explore n experience INDIAN food then you have to have all food dishes from these regions. This will be the best way to label INDIAN food. Thanks for having food from our country.
God bless you n your family.

I was thinking you're cute when trying Indian food, but now I see your parents are more cuter 😍 especially your mom, she reminds me of my mom. They're cute little kids 🫠
And yes, 10/10 for their eating method and you explaining them everything. Feels good to see how respectful you guys are!
