3% milk....awesome froth. Afterwards I fill it half with with water and toss it out ...then clean it upside down with a moist paper towel. Rinse the froth wheel and it's done. A clip on spout would also be great.

Hi! Here are the steps: 1. Unplug the power base from the electrical outlet and let the milk frother cool down completely before cleaning. 2. Clean the inside of the jug with a damp & soft cloth, or sponge. Only the whisk can be detached to rinse with water. 3. If necessary, put on the whisk attachment to the whisk head. Fill clean water to MAX level, then add a couple drops of mild liquid soap. Turn the milk frother ON and allow the soapy water to clean the jug. After the milk frother turns itself OFF, discard the soap water. Pour fresh clean water into the jug and discard; repeat until soap residue is completely removed. Wipe out with damp cloth. - Do not immerse the milk frother or the power base in water or any other liquid. Never place the milk frother under running water to clean. Do not place in the dishwasher.

I noticed you never showed the pour from the frother to the cup. :p
Some people use a spoon when using their frother. You can either pour or spoon it on! Works amazing either way !

use 3% milk, lot of foam. dont use heavy cream like 10% or 35%, no foam

Rewatch the video. They literally scoop froth out with a spoon. If you're somehow confusing the froth with the creamer maybe pay better attention
