I would like to, but the videos are already so much time consuming, so no promises. I used these stir-fried as an addition to main meal and raw in salad.
Hello. “baby bok choy” can refer to regular bok choy picked when its leaves are small and immature - about 30 to 35 days after germination instead of 50 to 70 days.

Will the plants you left in the pots keep growing more????
They will grow side shoots, but they won't be as big as the main plant.
Can you do some videos on what you make with your harvest or how you preserve it??

These are not the baby bok choys they sell at the grocery store, which are more compact, have more stems and leaves.

Why are mine purple in the stems?
Hello. It can be either caused by temperature, or phosphorus deficiency.
They look nothing like the picture on the envelope. What happened?
I harvested them younger, as baby bok choy. I am growing them to full maturity right now 😉
Mine have yellow flowers…
That means it has bolted. From temperature or some other stress. Bok choy is susceptible to bolt in hot temperatures.
