As always, thank you Ashley for providing such detail in all your videos. So helpful for someone like me who has dreams of DIYing my new builder grade home!
In this video, I am using a miter saw that we have screwed down to a custom miter saw table that we built. But I have a second miter saw that is on a mobile miter saw stand that works great and can be folded up and put away or moved around! I will share the link for it here: rstyle.me/+H-eYh3R0fcUgfj0mq_wtEA
Hi I just found you on Instagram! I just retired last year. So we hired a painter. This was the last time I told my husband. Just buy me a good ladder I do the painting! Anyway I know I have lots to learn! Besides painting this saw will come in handy for a screened in porch we need to fix. Beside what you mentioned about the blade size. Is a big blade size for wider pieces of wood to cut? Can’t wait to learn more. Thanks so much! Sandy
Hi Sandy! Yes a larger blade allows you to cut deeper and wider pieces of wood. I used the 7.25” blade for a couple years and then upgraded my miter saw to one with a 10” blade.

Cool! Thanks for making this. I’ll be sure to share with folks who are just getting started with miter saws.
So helpful thanks
You're welcome :)
Thank you 🙏 🧰
I am trying to create a triangle look from my top baseboard how do I figure out what angle to cut my wood from the top
I'm wondering how to extend the table. What do you have the saw sitting on?
