Here's a small story about disconnects. I was on a team, playing tower control and we were literally 3 points away(3 POINTS) from getting a knockout but then a player from the other team disconnected and the battle was declared "No contest". We never gave them a chance to get on the tower. I still have the clip saved and it hurts to watch it each time I go to watch my Splatoon clips.😐😭
im pissed bc i legally have to be on team spicy because my parents literally call me the 'iron stomach' because i can consume such hot food and not even recognize it or be effected. but frye is my favorite. team spicy but really hoping sweet wins ;w;
I adore rainmaker but the amount of times I've told people "this way" because there are clearly two paths (checkpoint or to the goal), no one listens to me 😭😭😭 They keep trying to go one way when I have a whole open area for them to go to

Is it sad that I'm more excited about the next big run rather than splatfest? If it is I don't care. I loved Big run and its chaos (and low-key enjoyed all the players new to the mode getting whipped by chums).
I got the game for Christmas, tried out Salmon Run, and found out I like that more than Turf Wars. Needless to say I've already learned that Flyfish suck, Glowflies end runs, and that Cohocks and Chums can save you from the water with their knockback, and that Roller means automatic "Little Guy Duty"
1:43 During the Grass v Fire v Water Splatfest a friend and I were playing and we ended up in a Tricolor match (on defense) against 2 pro players and we won.
Okay but the match making system of this game is so atrocious that I get maybe a little too angry about it. At one point my team got two shooters (N-Zap and dapple dualies) and two brushes, and the OTHER team got an e liter and a NAUTILUS as well as two mid range front line weapons. Take a wild guess who won that round (hint: it was not us)
got this on my recommendations out of nowhere and it's a pretty good one, just needed a bit more slander on the maps, also I didn't expect a verse at the end, a welcome surprise

I’m gonna be 100% honest, I’m the guy who always shuts down the squid party’s, look I didn’t pay 60 bucks for a shooting game so that I can’t shoot people, I don’t get it, I don’t wanna sit around doing nothing for 3 minutes
I think theres a disconnecting problem bcuz it’s happening non stop for both me and my friend and I assume other ppl bcuz my internet is fine and i have no idea why it’s suddenly happening all the time everyday
It depends on the situation and environment. For example, if you’re in the waiting lobby then it’s fine. If you’re in a turf war and people want to then it’s fine. However, I would not recommend squid partying in open, series, or X rank battles.

No contest is only declared if someone disconnects within a minute (I believe) did you beat them up that fast?
