    Looked at over 5-6 videos about assault treadmill. By far the most informative. Looking forward to watching some film making sure I’m correcting where my foot is striking. Great video

    Love the vids! Had a quick question about your Assault Runner Pro - Would this treadmill work for endurance sessions? Like running between 8 and 15km?

    Great video Dan. In the last year since I’ve owned an Air Runner, I’ve gotten better and better at running in Pose. Most notably is I notice I put more power into the runner when running in Pose (increased watts in Pose vs heal strike). I need to try sled pull.

    I just purchased a Trugrit but dissapointed with the feel of the belt.
    Can you feel the bearings while running on this model?
    Does the belt get stuck, such as a plank feeling as if it's breaking through?

      I’ve never used a true grit but I don’t feel any bearings while running on either the true form or assault runner.
