So I saw the title and immediately thought of a workout my buddy and I would do every couple of months or so back in the day. It's called 'The 100s'. It's a full-body workout, one exercise per bodypart. You take a weight that's (approximately; you won't know until you've successfully done the workout for the first time) 40% of your max lift. You proceed to bang out 100 reps in three sets. So maybe you can get 65 your first set, 25 your second, and 10 your final set. (If it takes you only two sets to get to 100, then the next time you do the workout, you increase the weight.) It's a workout unlike any other I've ever done. We used to refer to it as a 'flushing' workout, and we'd do it at the end of a hard cycle. Give it a go. I dare ya. LOL

Tip Top small guy. Not broad shoulders at all, which is why it is very easy for him to put muscle on his frame and keep it. If he was 6’2 he would look much less filled out with less dense muscle, but he could be better in other areas like swimming or running, he’s probably 5’8? It’s funny to look at the short athletes vs the tall, tall obviously more impressive looking with lots of muscle, but smaller and more compact the more weight you can push

Dan Bailey just done this one, did it at 80kg/176lbs which is around 70% of my 1rm. Finished it in 23:50 doing 18 sets in total, started at 8,7,6,5 and then aimed to keep 5’s for the rest, last two sets were 3 and 4. Thanks for an awesome workout!

What is the point of so much volume?

If you think about a typical push day. The reps aren’t that much different. Think about it. Bench, 4 sets, 8-12 reps, chest flies, cable flies, close grip bench, dips.....

It be easy to ask the question about anything that appears insurmountable or too difficult. Why run 5 miles? 10 or 15miles? Why climb Everest?

The title was the only thing to read in order to know that you're my kind of dude. I did 100 reps with 34 percentage of my bw under 7 mins. Can you beat that or let me know if this is even impressive

What’s the point of the tape around the wrists? Just curious.
