Great video...did you have to remove any noise in post? The black sky looks so black with no noise.

Christian Leslie Thanks. No noise removed. This is untouched footage right out of a iPhone 7plus. It has a good camera and works very well. I am testing the the iPhone X s max and the camera on that phone is even better. The blacks are very clean and the dynamic range is better than a lot of DSLRS.

You can use the Telephoto lens. If you shoot with the FilmPro app you can select which lens to use is the CAMERA tab in the options section. Select telephoto then push the Moondog adapter down so it over the lower lens element.

The moondog counterweight plus will fit in the osmo 2?

We do carry a counterweight for DJI Osmo 2, as well as a Universal Counterweight. New products are always coming :) Check out our counterweight options here --> moondoglabs.com/collections/counterweights

This is a great setup particularly the Osmo Mobile 2 and Filmic Pro (check out Epic Tutorials Filmic control with DJI Osmo 2)....the other alternative with anamorphic is the newly released Moment anamorphic system which allows you to use wide and telephoto with their system and a universal gimbal counterweight, easily upgradeable as you upgrade your phone with a $30 case. If I were going Moondog Labs consider the 37mm version which is not phone specific but their solution with the clip is the only solution for gimbal work.

Any issue with the arm of the OM2 being visible in the footage due to the wide format?

      T. Meadows Works perfectly not visible in the footage.

I use and iPhone SE and I have to film in flashlight mode because the wide lens catches the gimbal.

Well explained, thank you. One more question: Have you tried the 52 mm ND filter and Moondog adapter? Will the weight of the OM2 be enough? I only know that Zhiyun Smooth 3 does not need any weight, the Zhiyun Smooth 3 can also carry 260g.

There’s enough adjustment on the arm of the DJI Osmo2 that you don’t need the counterweight when using an iPhone 6 or 8 regular not the plus

Try Kapkur anamophic lens, the adapter must be the best.
