Ha, and I was surprised there wasn't any before. But when I created that logo with the grid, aka the battlefield and the pixilated typeface, which reminded me of the filet crochet pixels, I knew that I wanted to have this on a shirt. It looks so cool. And I know you will love your shirt. BTW I love the color you chose 😍🤗
That icord is really a nice thing to make BUT, I have such a hard time starting it. It seems like it’s just hard to hold the yarn in the beginning. However, once I get a few started it becomes much easier and I really like the look of it. Genius stitch whomever created it. I like the rocking stitch but I am not sure what I would make with it, maybe a lovey size blanket for a baby? A towel possibly to match your scrubby? A spa set since you are using cotton and I agree the stitch definition looks great in that yarn. I’m excited and can’t wait to see what you choose to make. Good luck, Thomas. 💜🧶🤟🏼
Thank you, I'm sure you will be surprised to see what everyone's making. And I love your ideas. There might be something "spa" coming next Wednesday 🙊😉 In terms of the i-cord, I totally get you. The first few times I used it were hard. But once you manage to coordinate the 2 yarn strands and find a good way to hold it, it's heaven. So much more enjoyable than chaining imo. And so much more pretty 😍 But the main reason for me to use the i-cord is actually round 2. You get perfect stitches, easy to work in, and it's less likely to twist like I always had it with the typical chain. It makes my crochet so much easier.
Share your thoughts: What would you crochet with this beautiful ROCKING STITCH? 😍
You are a genius to offer Battle of the Stitches merch! I have so much to learn about promotion.
Wonderful tutorial!!👍🏻😊
