So glad you're back at it! I have had Spotted Congo Puffers and have not had any issues with it co-habitating with anything else. I'm certainly not an expert with puffers, just my 2 cents with that particular species. :)
I’m thinking of getting one Pea Puffer in a few months. It will be fun having it in my kitchen aquarium. A lot of interaction. Thank you for your tips❤
Lots of personality in all the puffers. All my puffer tanks are puffer tanks first. Ive had the most success with the variatus platy but it is certainly up to the puffers who lives with them longer term in my set ups.
I'm gonna get a figure 8 puffer. I've only ever had goldfish so I'm really deep diving into researching puffers and brackish water and teeth and all the things. Thanks for this video. Also - off topic - You're eyes are very expressive..
Hi like your video, can I put a pea puffer in my 37 gallon tank with platty, mollies, guppies, shrimp and mystery snails? Im getting alot of peat snails and looking for a solution so I was thinking of a puffer
When is the best time to add tank mates for a MBU and other freshwater puffers? When they’re young or when they’re older? Btw can you do a tutorial to clip your puffer fish’s teeth without injuring it and yourself lol
If fed proper foods you should never have to trim your puffers teeth. I do have a video on my channel where I did have to trim some puffers teeth. I would watch that for all the information. As for tank mates, I highly suggest puffers be kept at solo species. Saying that I am also breaking my own recommendation currently. To honestly answer your question in my opinion it is always a gamble. When they are young they are curious and you have to think of them as using their mouths to search for food. When they are older they can just chomp a fish in half. If I were to gamble I would say younger

Have any Mbu or Fahaka Puffer to rehome? I have a 538 gallon ready
Goodmorning!!!
What tank size do you recommend for an Amazon puffer?
Single puffer? 20 gallon. They are fun in a group of puffers which I like them in a 40 breeder
whats a good puffer for a 75 gallon?
Spotted Congo
Fahaka for a decent amount of time
Mountain top puffer keeper who is on instagram showcases a lot of puffer species
Puffer fish are definitely finicky fish, I definitely would like an update on what puffer you’re getting!
Got the official shipping confirmation today! I will definitely have a video coming out about receiving the puffer and caring for it initially

Don't put yellow tailed eels in 😅 my 9 inch Fahaka bit the head of the two I put in.
While my 5 year old was watching 😅
The Spotted Congo has done well with the eels. My past Fahaka had issues with tank mates as well.
@@WeldonTanks Ha ha yeah. I have a feeling the fahakas are quite aggressive and territorial compared to a lot of the other fellow puffers.
Oh gosh that sounds traumatic fir the five yearold 😭
