I got these on sale. They are great for working out. I ran out doors in them and it's not terrible, I go right into my indoor work outs after running 1.6 miles so the dual use is great.

Maybe too late now but I’ve been Team SuperRep Go for half a year now. But I’m also two pairs in by now. The quality is just crap. However, the comfort is amazing. You can read in many reviews that the inside of the shoes gives in very quickly. The material used is too weak and the mesh shreds. I still went for a new pair because I’m a fan of the shoe. Really amazing HIIT shoe but only go for it if you don’t mind replacing your shoes every 2.5 - 3 months. I do HIIT and hill sprints and only outdoors. I’ll get the zoomx to use them whenever I focus more on lateral training.
Actually, when Nike doesn't tell you what the midsole compound is, it's likely Phylon. As for the ZoomX, I felt it just fine and it felt nothing like React.. It's not thick like the ZoomX running shoes, but it definitely still feels like ZoomX..
I do HIIT training but also running. I understand this shoe is very good for HIIT, but how is it for running? Is it ok? Actually for running I am using Nike zoom vomero 14. How does the Nike ZoomX SuperRep Surge compare to this?
I love this sneaker for hiit. I stopped running cause of a foot issue. But I could see that a less flexible upper on this shoe might not be as comfortable for running. It's also flatter, so may give less arch support. I think if you're running short distances, it should be fine. I don't think it'll replace a running shoe though.
The shoes itself are amazing, but the laces are trash and do not hold your foot in place, causing heel slippage. Had to replace those with elastic laces and it's much better
LOVE THE COLOR COMBO BUT THE MODIFIED SWOOSH MAKES THEM LOOK LIKE KNOCK-OFFS. OTHER THAN THAT THEY LOOK PRETTY NICE... YOUR CALVES LOOK AWESOME THOUGH. ❤

they're very OK for running. if running is part of you're work out, they're awesome. if you're looking for a runner solely, i'd look elsewhere

It's not. The zoom x is pretty thin in the sneaker. But I like it. Great balance of responsiveness, cushion, and stability
