    ThaNk you so much for this review!. Compared to the Superrep 2; Metcon Turbo...which is best for gym workout? PS I don't do heavy lifting .
    ..Basically for everything gym workout related ..cardio jumps and cardio HIIT. I currentky own the Peguseas 37 for running..and was hoping would use that for threadmills..... Your suggestion please

      The cushion in this shoe is going to feel similar to the Pegasus 37 (which I used to own as well). The Turbo is going to feel a LOT less cushioned. If you aren't doing heavy lifting, I don't see why you'd want a relatively un-cushioned cross trainer like the Turbo.

    Would you recommend sizing up? I always buy a half size bigger on Nike running shoes.

    When zoom x will go hard you can use them more in the gym i would guess, lol. There is pro bodybuilders who lift pretty big weight with basketball shoes, its not optimal, but you can dont go 100 and go more with feel than speed.

    Would you recommend the Supperep Surge or the Free Metcon 3 for gym workout (aerobics, HIIT, steps, treadmill, bike)? PS I don't do heavy lifting . I saw that you don'[t recommend the Go (even of in the meantime the Supperrep Go2 is out)

      I also looked at the Nike React Metcon, as the Air Zoom Superrep is too chunky for workouts at home (pandemic) and aerobics online classes at home

      If you aren't lifting heavy weights, I'd recommend the SuperRep Surge - because it has good cushion. The Nike Free Metcon 3 (or Free Metcon 4) have minimal cushion for weightlifting.

      @@ariannaardia The React Metcon uses minimal amounts of React foam. As such, I'd recommend the SuperRep Surge in this case.

      I'd describe this as a "Running shoe for treadmills." Hence the drop.
