I love the second and last one -- just be careful about falling in love with the way the apartments are "shown." Apartment complexes/realtors put a lot of time and effort in decorating apartments because decorated apartments attract people more than empty ones. Decorated apartments make people feel as if they can "see themselves living in that space." Think about what it would look like empty as well! Just a tip!
Oh yes for sure! I actually toured 2-3 apartments at each complex I showed (and a few I didn't show at all) so this was a LONG process! I saw model rooms as well as unfurnished but I didn't want to include every room I saw as that would take too long. But totally agree with this!!
OMG in Apartment #3 my dad and i worked in when it was under contruction. I was exactly in that apartment that you looked at. it is great seeing how nice it turned out and knowing that i helped in the process..
cookieaddictions They're probably rich.. LA and NYC are not cheap cities. I live in NYC and want to get the hell out of here. I think the only thing I'll miss is the public transportation and some of the winter fashion I see when walking around 42nd street/downtown
@@dishingoutls8137 Especially in LA. I moved into a 1 bedroom with similar standards to this here in Texas, they're $1,200/month while in LA the apartments they're looking at run them $3,000/month (no exaggeration)
I love number 4! I just started apartment hunting and I am so excited to find my next place. Do you think after you decide you could list the places you toured for other people who are interested? (excluding the one you pick if safety is a concern) 💜
Woah!!! So exciting, I love one of the first ones and then this last one! The aesthetic of the last one is so cool, they had really good decorating taste haha congrats and enjoy!!
Apartment #2 was definitely my favorite 😊 I also think it's important to know what you want because this is where you'll be living, if it doesn't have what you want, you have enough options to choose another one. I'm really excited to see which one you both choose!
Omfg...they are all beautiful but the thing that sucks about being an adult is thinking about how much something like this costs+ the money hole that is renting. These places are nicer and bigger than my effing condo & real estate in Connecticut are insane, so I can't imagine LA. Consider buying as soon as you can! I liked #2 a lot though 🙈
real estate is not a guaranteed profit - it does go down and the cost to sell is a lot too. So you literally lose money when you buy right away. You have no mobility and most people aren't able to "write off" mortgage interest. Apartment renters and homeowners take the same standard tax exemption. You have property taxes, maintenance, insurance and many more carrying costs on a home. Plus you lock up your down payment. So the "old wisdom " of renting is throwing money away is not always correct. If you add up all the costs of home "loanership" you will realize you will not make money on your home. It's a piggyback at best
The last apartment is by far my favorite. It's so cozy and cute but still your aesthetic, and I think it would be a great first home for you and Alex. I think being a little bit away from the city would be good for you, too!
I think my fave is the last one! This one has more open space, better lighting in each room and great views. Also, for me, an island that is separate from the sink is better. This way if you're using the island as a dining space, you're not eating over the sink. Which one have you chosen?
love the vid !! i have really specific taste when it comes to like houses and stuff, probably bc i wanna be an interior designer lmao, but these are like literally perfect ive been looking at apartments in la but i cant find any cute ones in my price range :( good luck w ur search tho 💗 my fav was the 2nd one !!
The last apt is so amazing I toured a different one but same layout in that building while on vacation, and they definitely have my business when I can move in 2 years
you should do a moving to L.A 101 or guide video, or even make it a series so you could have lots of information. I want to move to L.A , but literally don't know what area to choose. It would be so helpful to people trying to move to la, who have never been there before. :D
I like your style but I don't think I'd be able to find a place in LA that fits my style. I love older homes with a lot of character. Do you ever see any of that in LA?
It would be so hard for me to give up those gorgeous marble floors from the earlier one 😍😍😍 but I really loved the last one as well! Ah so hard to choose!
Oh wow. I ALWAYS want bottom floor. It's great for moving, my older family coming over (fl apts don't really have elevators) & I've never had problems.
#4!!!! Love the high celling, lots of light Or #2 but I think is too dark, like for LA, where the majority of apts have good lighting is not quite the best lighting in my opinion ...(remember when you did that video w Becker before you where dating lol) wish you the best guys!!!!
Loved them all, but I'm sold on #2 from Day 1! (haha let's be real though...anything is better than my DTLA apartment...y'all have beautiful choices!!)

InternationalSabor would you mind sharing what that ones called? It’s exactly what I’m looking for!
Second or last one are both to die for!
those are my favorites too :)
Juanita Nunez both my faves too!
agree!!
those marble floors in the bathrooms are AMAZING😍
Can't tell if they're rich or I'm just used to the shitty options for affordable apartments in NYC....
cookieaddictions They're probably rich.. LA and NYC are not cheap cities. I live in NYC and want to get the hell out of here. I think the only thing I'll miss is the public transportation and some of the winter fashion I see when walking around 42nd street/downtown
same lmao
they're obviously stacking on cash if they are checking out apartments like these.

@@PinAnims ya Man it's pricey in LA
I love reading all your feedback!! we are so excited to be choosing our new home & will update you guys with what we decide soon!! :)
Is it expensive for those units?
Caitlin Bea what the address and the cost of the first one
The second one is my favorite!! I loved the marble floor!😍
Your filming and editing can make any home look amazing! Realtors need you hahah

The way the last apartment was styled is TO DIE FOR. The 2nd and the last are my faves!!
I love number 4! I just started apartment hunting and I am so excited to find my next place. Do you think after you decide you could list the places you toured for other people who are interested? (excluding the one you pick if safety is a concern) 💜
Number 2 and 9 are absolutely gorgeous! I can't wait to see what you do with whichever one you guys choose!
I just adore the fonts you choose, the style of how you do your videos, I just love it ❤
Woah!!! So exciting, I love one of the first ones and then this last one! The aesthetic of the last one is so cool, they had really good decorating taste haha congrats and enjoy!!

In love with the last one, and the final one on day two getting to see that sunset every night would be amazing!
The second one!! Big bright and washer and dryer in the apartment is an absolute bonus!!!
The last one was so amazing and cozy and so you! I could totally see you guys picking that one.
ugh I love you and I love you guys!! These types of videos are so fun!!
lol so Alex is rich too? I wish I had it like that when I graduated! You guys are so lucky.
The quality of living is just higher in some major cities so housing is more expensive because the rate of pay is higher.
69th like😂

Yes! My mother always told me to at least rent to own if you can because you throw away soooo much money renting :-O
the benefit of renting though is mobility! They may not be ready to settle down in one spot

The last one is REALLY nice. The view at the last place on day 3 is insane.
you already know which one i pick
(#4!!!!)
lol I can't imagine why ;)!
Caitlin Bea I'm assuming she lives there...?
Apartment #7 is BEAUTIFUL! Plus it's two floors and so much space! I could only imagine all the pretty ways you could decorate it!
The last apartment is by far my favorite. It's so cozy and cute but still your aesthetic, and I think it would be a great first home for you and Alex. I think being a little bit away from the city would be good for you, too!

The Marina is such a nice area! Lots of places are walkable and you get beach weather
*i would love to live in LA... but the heat... no ma'am 😭*
Naasir Void omg your videos slay
Its not even that warm here.
LA isn't really that hot lol
The traffic, the heat, the dumb people and don't forget the crazy people!!
I think my fave is the last one! This one has more open space, better lighting in each room and great views. Also, for me, an island that is separate from the sink is better. This way if you're using the island as a dining space, you're not eating over the sink. Which one have you chosen?
this video was very helpful and i have also viewed the 2nd apt you went and that will be my new home in may
The last one!! And the one with marble!
The second one with the pretty marble flooring or the very last one with the huge bath tub and cool under cabinet lighting.
I love apt 2, totally your aesthetic!
love the vid !! i have really specific taste when it comes to like houses and stuff, probably bc i wanna be an interior designer lmao, but these are like literally perfect ive been looking at apartments in la but i cant find any cute ones in my price range :( good luck w ur search tho 💗 my fav was the 2nd one !!

I died at all of them. Just sitting on my bed eating & dying. casual.
As everyone else I also liked either the second or the last apartment :) Can't wait to see how you decorate it! :D
LOVE apartment #2!!!!
I say the 2nd one! I loved it! Btw you guys are so cute together! 💖
Still watching and I'm still sticking with number 2 apartment!! So much light and still really spacious ! Love you xx
the one with the marble floors and the last ones are the best I think. 👌

I can see you two really making #9 a great home together😊
I really liked the last one. What are the average prices on the apartments you guys looked at in the video? Nice video!
The second one! I'm excited to see which one you both choose 😋 btw do you ask them if you can film? Is it awkward? Idk I would be super awkward lol
so excited for this yay!

AHH LA has such amazing apartments! I loveee the last one!
Apartments 2 and 8 were my favorite! Love you!!
The second one on the first day!!! 💕 felt very "you"
I LOVED the second one!!! omg
I like your style but I don't think I'd be able to find a place in LA that fits my style. I love older homes with a lot of character. Do you ever see any of that in LA?
Yes there is a huge selection of older homes with character but its in ethnic areas where gang violence and just generally sketchy neighbourhoods.
I really like number 2 and the last 2 apartments. I think the last one or the townhome. I would love to have a 2 story place. :)
#2 and the last one were both gorgeous.
The second and last one! they are gorgeous 😍
NOTIFICATION SQUUUAAADDD ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️
AYYY BEST SQUAD EVA!!!
Two or nine are my favorites, depending on which area you choose!
2,8 or 9 I liked the most but the last is nice too but my most favs are either 8 or9 I liked them both.
#2 on the first day or the very last one!!! So stunning!
Would be nice if you listed the Apartments because I have trouble finding some
My top three would be the one with the marble floors or one of the last two.
I loved the last one!
I really liked the 2nd one and this last one
#4!!!! Love the high celling, lots of light Or #2 but I think is too dark, like for LA, where the majority of apts have good lighting is not quite the best lighting in my opinion ...(remember when you did that video w Becker before you where dating lol) wish you the best guys!!!!
The second one was my favorite!
Can I know where are the apartments : 2 , 3 , 4 and 9 please ! It's important
What apartment complex was #6?! I'm looking to move to LA and I was in love with that one!
AHHHHHH THIS IS SO EXCITING FOR YOU GUYS
I'm sad that I could never afford stuff like this in NYC :( I'll probably end up living in an apartment that is the size of one of those kitchens.
The second one on the first day! That marble floor tho👌🏼
What part of LA is apartment number 2, some pricing and location would help on this video.
The last one!!!! Or maybe the second one. But I really like the last one!
I loved the 2nd one. But I liked the last one though.
the last one was the best
I'm in love with the second one!
i loved the first one 😍😍😍

#2, #8, and the last one were the best ones!!!
Loved them all, but I'm sold on #2 from Day 1! (haha let's be real though...anything is better than my DTLA apartment...y'all have beautiful choices!!)
The last one or the one with the marble that you loved!
