Needed service right after getting ours for part loose from factory. They called me next morning and came to me and fixed day after. Was pretty happy with that, but should not have needed. Now have some dash rattles I need to get fixed.
Glad to hear the Rivian service experience was top notch. The company is definitely going thru growing pains, but they seem to be really trying to establish a good business with loyal customers.
I was really surprised at the quality of their service, but their customer service was outstanding notwithstanding that the service center is brand new, and the company is new. If they can keep this up this will serve them well in the future. Thanks for commenting!

My EV is an Ariya and my ICE vehicle is a Murano (both Platinum trims). I don't like driving the Murano but mine is NOWHERE close to being as bad as that rental you got! Finally got my first test ride of an R1S at the opening of the Rivian Experience Center in Chicago. It was amazing! Great video, brother!
The Nissan Murano is a very nice vehicle. I'm just spoiled from driving the Rivian😆 How do you like the Ariya? I would like to review one at some point. I have watched a couple of your videos and think you are good for Rivian, but I am a bit of a clean freak and was horrified when you said you hadn’t cleaned your Rivian in 3 months😮😂 keep up the good work, maybe a video of you washing your Rivian could be next😂😂 I am now a subscriber 👍

I had the oem 22” rims on delivery and was disappointed that I only got 6k mi on the Pirelli road tires. I also found out that tire manufacturers don’t produce tires for certain rim sizes and the Pirelli tires were the only option for the 22” for the Rivian and I didn’t want those tires again so I had to buy 20” aftermarket rims and had many choices at that point and went with the Nitto Grappler Recons and have been happy since.

Not an excuse, but exterior door trim fell off my parents' Escalade as well within a year of ownership. Legacy auto vs Startup. Sometimes they aren't that different in quality.
These are very minor issues. Rivian makes excellent vehicles period! The fact that they are new to this is amazing! These other car manufacturers better take note. Thanks for commenting!
Would be nice to get a Rivian as a loner 😂 I have had to get a Enterprise rental both times with my service at the Richmond Va location F-250 since I needed to tow with it. 100$ to fill up after 2 days of driving 😕

That was not good service my brother ,I have never got an old gas vehicle got a Tesla.They knew that they didn’t have that part before you got there. By the way, how was that lousy Charging on your trip?
I would hope the most profitable car company and biggest EV manufacturer in the world would provide a Tesla. And I did have a Rivian R1T loaner for 5 days. The service was excellent. Rivian said something to Enterprise that was enough to have them begging for forgiveness, and they offered me a free rental of my choice, but nothing beats a Rivian IMO.

How do you like the black vs white interior?
I like all of the Rivian Interiors, but three of my last 4 cars had black interiors, so It I am enjoying the ocean coast (light grey) Interior.
