Carrot cake recipe / You won’t regret this carrot cake recipe

The best carrot cake recipe, you won’t need any other carrot cake recipe after this one, it’s soft, moist and decadent. Preheat your oven at 350 degrees before mixing your mixture and grease and lined the bottom of your baking pan with parchment paper
Here are the ingredients used:
Carrot cake recipe
3 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3 cups shredded carrots
(Blend half of the shredded carrots)
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated
1 cup oil
1 stick soften butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp mixed spice
4 eggs (1/2 tsp grated zest)
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbs vanilla
Butter cream frosting:
3 cups icing sugar
1 stick butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbs milk
Whisk butter together
(Or use store bought)
Toasted coconut
Bake for 1 hr or until your toothpick comes out dry, do not open your oven until at least 50 mini into baking
