An all ALC-42 unit Coast Starlight

Since the adaptation of the new Siemens Chargers, Amtrak national brand has particularly had main use of the long range versions on the Coast Starlights. More and more Coast Starlights are switching to only ALC 42 or ALC 42 leaders with P42DC helpers. This one was caught around 7:53 Am in foggy Davis!
